🧵 A statement from South Stand Flags regarding Block 9. 1/8 We’re starting to get sick of the trouble being caused in Block 9. What was once an amazing section, full of Salop fans singing non-stop for 90 minutes, is sadly becoming something very different.

8/8 We also believe there should be a minimum age requirement for Block 9. This isn’t about stopping young fans attending games; it’s about protecting the atmosphere and making sure everyone respects the section.

We invite supporters of both Town and Gillingham to unite in a minute’s applause during the 58th minute of today’s game in memory of Richard Green. Richard, who proudly represented both clubs, sadly passed away earlier this month at the age of 58.

Gillingham (H) 🔵🟠 Massive game tomorrow. Back Gavin and lads. Also, make sure to wave your flag for when the players come out, and let’s try and go back to back at home. #Salop

🎬 Excited to announce my first university documentary on Shrewsbury Town FC, exploring the club’s identity, community and the impact of money on football. Big thanks to Sam Stubbs and Isaac England for their contributions! ⚽🎥 More to come soon!

A very disappointing response. The club is nothing without us fans, we deserve more respect.
