Our life-changing Cancer prehabilitation sessions were featured on @BBCTees this morning with a write-up now live on @BBCNews.
The sessions are also set for inclusion in this evening's BBC Look North programme 📺
The Optimise programme is a collaboration between the Foundation and the Optimise Cancer Prehabilitation service at @SouthTees.
In each session, participants take part in an hour of exercise followed by an hour of refreshments, social and emotional support.
