You do not owe other adults an education on how to treat you with basic respect and kindness. If they cannot give you those things of their own accord, you don't owe them your friendship or social attention either.

Nobody is perfect, not even close. Stop berating yourself for that which cannot be attained. Focus instead on reasonable goals towards continued learning and growth. Push yourself, but not over a cliff.

Patients should NOT need advocates to get medical care. Their medical providers should be their advocates, but the system is so broken that patients need to prepare extensively and bring along witnesses just to ensure they don’t get abused or neglected.

Learn to trust your inner voice. If you cannot, you have my permission to add my voice alongside your inner voice but only to tell you wholesome things such as how I am always proud of you, how I know you've got this, and giving you permission to be your true self.

The existence of more than two genders is so entirely obvious, so culturally observable, so historically documented, and so scientifically proven that only a fool would believe or spew otherwise.

When I advise you to keep your shields up, I am also aware that doing so long-term is exhausting. Even yellow alert is tiresome after awhile. I sincerely hope you are able to find a space safe enough to let all of your guards down so you can get some rest.

Basic rights must never be curtailed by economics. It is an evil, archaic conceit to ever place monetary needs ahead of the safety of people.
