Having a multi-platform simultaneous release has a lot benefits, but also comes w/ a lot of challenges, especially for a small team!
Technical Director Bryan Alvarado (@foobraco) & Creative Director Ricardo Illescas share lessons from their multiplatform launch of 502's Arcade!

More platforms could mean more sales A good fit with a platform could help find the right audience Could lead to more exposure if the marketing goes well Specific goals you might have as a team/studio But also take into account: Time Budget Previous knowledge (both technical and management)
