Our students cooled off with Gazpacho after learning to make Spain’s iconic chilled soup from scratch.
This workshop let them experience Spanish cuisine by cooking and tasting it!

Day in the Life in Seville from one of Interns at Spanish Institute, but weekend edition! There is nothing better to do than spend time outside exploring this vibrant city.
Torre del Oro ➡️ shopping strolls ➡️ tapas with the roommates ➡️ sunset at the Setas ➡️ churros & chocolate
Visiting the Archivo de Indias was a cool break from the heat and a step into centuries of history. Our students got to admire original documents important to Spain and the world.
Plaza de España is a must-see in Seville, whether it’s your first or tenth visit. Our students loved exploring, snapping pics, and soaking in the vibrant vibe. Stroll Maria Luisa Park, picnic in the gardens, or take a boat ride, pure delight!
