We have entered an MoU with @Levidian_ltd Nanosystems to commercialise ecosparc® enhanced protective coatings in the Middle East. @SparctechS will develop ecosparc® formulations using @Levidian_ltd graphene, and the parties will jointly market to regional end users, including large infrastructure owners and national oil operators. @Levidian_ltd is a UK-based graphene producer with established commercial relationships in the Middle East, including graphene production at the Sharjah Graphene Park. We have completed 16-week cyclic corrosion testing of HydroGraph's Fractal Graphene (HFG) within ecosparc®️ additives in solvent-based coatings. A commercial solvent-based coating containing ecosparc®️ with HFG showed a 25% improvement in corrosion resistance over the unmodified coating — building on earlier water-based testing that showed up to 60% improvement. Extended 25-week testing is underway, with results expected in November 2026. Subject to positive results, Sparc and HydroGraph will negotiate a commercial supply and collaboration agreement, as outlined in the March 2026 LOI.
