“Our Savior, Jesus Christ, and our covenants are essential to guide us through the covenant path and help us overcome our challenges and weaknesses.”
Jesus is the ultimate healer and bringer of joy. When we exemplify His life, and live His gospel the natural result is peace, and joy.
I recognize that many of you face significant challenges and uncertainties that cause stress, anxiety, and heartache. I pray for you. I love you.
I am thankful that social media allows me to provide you with encouragement, direction, and a reminder of eternal truths.
Please remember this: whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, Jesus Christ is the way to joy and peace.
People who subscribe to the doctrine of the gospel of Jesus Christ find that it makes their lives happier, more significant, and more resistant to the difficulties we all experience.
You have a Heavenly Father who has provided a plan for you. Trust in Him. With His help, you can find peace despite the trials and obstacles of mortality.
With love,

“Let us pray for peaceful communication among us, regardless of the difference in our opinions. Let us use the language that uplifts, edifies, comforts, and brings people together.
We must choose language that strengthens confidence and preserves relationships.”
“Virtue, uprightness, faithfulness, holiness, and keeping the commandments of God lead to a happy life.
In the Father’s plan, integrity, virtue, and happiness are intrinsically linked. Living a virtuous life with integrity aligns us with God’s will.”
“I know Jesus lives. He suffered for me in Gethsemane; “his sweat was as it were great drops of blood.” He suffered for me on the cross at Golgotha. I cannot comprehend that suffering, but I testify of His divinity.”
“His invitation is for us to take upon us His name. It is an invitation to become more like Him through covenant keeping.
When we genuinely take upon ourselves the name of Jesus Christ by losing ourselves in the service of others, something miraculous happens.”
“As we choose faith in Christ, He blesses us with the courage, sometimes in very difficult situations, to choose the right, and as we manifest our courage to choose the right, our faith in Christ strengthens.”
“Our identity is not something we achieve; it is something we inherit as beloved sons and daughters of God.
I plead with you as disciples of Jesus Christ to pray to see others as He sees them and to treat them accordingly.”

Utah is 8–0 for the first time since 2010 — just the sixth time in program history. The 2004 and 2008 teams ran the table. The 2010 team lost its ninth game, at home, to the best team on its schedule.

“The Savior not only understands and has felt grief, but He has “borne [your] griefs, and carried [your] sorrows.” He knows you perfectly. He knows your heart.
The combination of trials and their duration are as varied as are the children of our Heavenly Father.”
“By divine design, brothers and sisters, everyone must choose for themselves to follow Jesus Christ.
I ask you to turn over to Jesus Christ your despair for those wayward souls. We cannot change their hearts, but He can; He is a God of miracles.”

I am not one usually to be affected by celebrity deaths but this one hit differently. As a Star Trek nerd, a marvel enthusiast, and an over all Patrick Stewart fan I say rest in peace. I am sure you have found the next life to your liking.
“All of us, regardless of experience, talent, or willpower, will sooner or later encounter burdens we cannot possibly carry ourselves.
Our Savior, Jesus Christ, suffered for us. He knows exactly how we feel, especially in our darkest and most trying times.”
“‘Often the deep valleys of our present will be understood only by looking back on them from the mountains of our future experience.’
The Redeemer rescues not by shortening our course but by helping us lengthen our stride.”
“Your Saviour is your lift. He is your ever-rising air. There is no limit to how high you can climb with Him. Jesus Christ lives to lift.
Through the amazing grace of Jesus Christ, we can avoid spiritual sink and find spiritual lift.”
“All human beings male and female are created in the image of God. Each is a beloved spirit son or daughter of heavenly parents, and, as such, each has a divine nature and destiny.
Beware of the adversary’s deceitful lie that twists this precious truth.”
“Covenants with God are filled with incalculable power. They do not bless just the maker of the covenant but are generational in their impact.”
“It is not possible for you to sink lower than the infinite light of Christ’s Atonement shines.”
“I testify that the law of tithing is a law of faith. As we obey it, we demonstrate our trust in the Lord and allow Him to work miracles in our lives, often in ways we do not expect.
Tithing can break cycles of poverty in poor nations and families.”
“As we build our spiritual immunity, we develop the strength and courage to withstand the challenges of life.
May I share some of these small and simple things with you?
First, scripture study.
Second, prayer.
Third, the sacrament.
Fourth, covenants.”
