As a lifelong comic book and film geek, I had a lot to say about Denzel Washington's absence from the comic book film genre. All opinions mine (except where they aren't). specfictionist.medium.com/ca…
Another cinematic @RogueCompany masterpiece montage. Whenever I haven't played for a while, your videos always get me hyped to jump back in.
I don't play @RogueCompany as often as I used to, but I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Dope as hell.
Hey, Rogues!
Just wanted to share a montage. #roguecompany #stayrogue #roguecompanyedits @RogueCompany

April this year marks 10 years for me at @TheColoredLens. I loved working with every iteration of this team. We've published great fiction from authors I enjoy and respect. As much as I've learned here, I hope I've helped our authors (those published and passed on) grow.
Finally watched Sonic the Hedgehog last night with the people I grew up playing the Sonic games with. Had a blast.

The Academy nominated American Sniper 6 times. The Bradley Cooper film celebrating a real life war criminal who said he killed "damn savages" for "fun" and bragged about looting homes of innocent Iraqi families at the site of Fallujah massacre of civilians with chemical weapons.
I've participated in a few PitMad events and will continue to do so. I enjoy supporting authors and almost never have anything of my own to boost. I did this time. Only a fraction of a fraction of authors from this past #SFFpit even noticed. Lol. (That's a fake laugh.)
I finally watched Tony Baker's review of Eternals, and somehow the unnecessary slander of sweet grits made it into the final edit.😂 I enjoyed the movie, flaws and all, and his review.

In your grief, in your sadness, as you struggle to make sense of a world on fire, as you strive to change it, remember to laugh.

A still image of the time lapse I posted the other day.
Painting on woodblocks is so much fun. I really love the charm that the texture and extra dimension it adds to the artwork.

It's possible to both feel sorrow for the Ukrainian people and anger & resentment that Middle Easterners and Africans have never gotten this grief from the world, esp. the U.S. These two are not exclusive. In fact, they *shouldn't* be. It shows we have capacity for that empathy.
