There are going to be people that are upset seeing Kyle Larson possibly clinch a NASCAR Cup Series championship with 1 race left. I find it ridiculous. Larson deserves the championship if that happens. The playoffs were a joke and entertainment based. The Chase is earned now.

Kyle Larson entered 40 points below the cutline, and left locked into the Championship 4! Crashes galore for the field! Stage points allowed Logano to stay just above the cutline, despite flipping. The points haven't been this tight heading into the final cutoff since 2014.

Actually sorry they’re saying it could just be one tire below the line and would violate the rule. But Larson still didn’t have ANY tire below the line at any time, in NASCAR’s view.
