Using ChatGPT isn't really the issue. The problem is sending a player someone else's support tickets without even bothering to read what you've copied and pasted.
Arc Raiders support reportedly used ChatGPT and sent a player other people's tickets
The messages included visible ChatGPT prompts such as “Create a short response” and “Ask screenshot of current skill trees,” with AI-generated replies.
The screenshots from the redditor suggests a support employee may have been using ChatGPT to help handle customer requests, but accidentally exposed parts of other conversations.
ARC Raiders is testing a PvE matchmaking toggle from Oct 13–20 (11:00 CEST).
Players can switch between standard PvPvE and PvE servers.
PvE changes:
• No player-to-player damage
• Stun/fire throwables won’t affect players
• Lower loot value
• Mixed squad sizes more common
• No PvE option for Night Raid, Locked Gate, Hidden Bunker, Frigate & Redirection
• ARC can re-target downed players after an 8-sec grace period
• Matchmaking may be slower in low-pop regions
PvPvE matchmaking stays unchanged during the test. Embark wants feedback from both PvE and PvPvE players, with a survey coming after the test.
Hot Take: Sometimes watching Penut play the game is more fun and entertaining than actually playing the game.

Haters keep saying ARC Raiders is dead… but let’s be real.
Yes, we’ve lost a lot of players. No one is denying that. But dead? Not even close.
The game still has a strong community, active players, and plenty of people who believe in its potential. ARC Raiders may be going through a rough patch, but it’s far from over.
New ARC Raiders Matchmaking Changes
1. Self-defense is now treated differently from starting a fight Previously, the system didn’t clearly separate players who initiated PvP encounters from those who were simply defending themselves. This has now been adjusted.
2. Low-activity rounds now have less impact on your playstyle history Rounds with very little Topside interaction, such as spawning in and surrendering, previously affected a player’s estimated playstyle more than intended. With this change, the system should better reflect how you actually play during active rounds. These matchmaking changes are now live!
💥 Nothing says “safe” like carrying an explosive payload right on your hip.
Blueprints for Tian Wen’s newest experimental prototype have surfaced across the Rust Belt!
Introducing the Rascal, a quirky pocket launcher with serious stopping power. It may reload a little slower, and its aim can be somewhat unpredictable, but when you need extra firepower fast, the Rascal is a reliable anti-ARC option to have by your side.
📡 Attention, Raiders!
Live Update 1.29 is out now, and a new trader has arrived in Speranza!
Ermal the Nomadic Envoy is now open for business, offering lucrative weekly trades for your valuable loot and ARC components.
Tian Wen has released a new Launcher into your arsenal. The Rascal is a mean little back pocket launcher, punching through ARC armor plating like butter despite its unique quirks.
New adjustments to weapon durability and a number of QOL fixes are rolling out, including crash fixes and general stability improvements to help keep your Topside experience smooth.
