"The Tom Landry Show" on KDFW-TV Channel 4 in #Dallas
Hosted by Frank Glieber, legendary #DallasCowboys head coach Tom Landry's weekly television show airs on a Sunday, the day prior to the 8-0 #Cowboys' big NFC East Monday Night Football showdown against the #StLouis Cardinals.
(In the following evening's game, the Cards would hand the eventual-Super Bowl champions their first loss of the season.)
The program features Coach Landry breaking down film from the previous week's game against the Giants, followed by interviews with Roger Staubach and special assistant coach Ermal Allen.
Coach Landry then makes his NFL picks for the following week.
Fascinating footage.

Thanks for your kind words Tim.
Many incredibly gifted broadcasters died too soon. Frank Glieber was someone Verne Lundquist owed much of his success to,yet many today wouldn’t know Frank. He called many of @dallascowboys biggest games, and joined @CBSSports with Jack Buck in the early 70’s. He died at age 51🙏

Today in 1975, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach popularized the term "Hail Mary" to describe his miracle, 50-yard winning touchdown pass to fellow wide receiver Drew Pearson in a playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings.

🗣️ RED RIVER SHOWDOWN
See you in Dallas for @OU_Football vs. @TexasFootball: one of college football's greatest rivalries 👏
Well done, Pete.
Looking ahead to the weekend:
The entire weekend will certainly not be a washout with Sunday looking very pleasant. Saturday doesn't look like a complete washout either. There will be rain around North Texas, but does not look to be constant or all day long. #wfaaweather
