If the Nigerian government or any security agency cannot stop all these people who always come online to show off their wealth, things like money rituals, Yahoo Yahoo, and fraud among our youth will not stop anytime soon. I'm sorry, but that's the truth. Hey, this is not me trying to tell you how to spend your money, but in every country, there are limits to what you can do as a citizen, especially when it comes to spending money. That’s why, in some countries, there are limits to the amount of cash you can carry around, but in our country, maybe there are laws like that—but are they being enforced? Your answer is as good as mine. Nigeria needs to do better. People all over the world accept that Nigerians are moving beyond coming on the internet to showcase who has the most money. At the end of the day, the young ones on the streets who have been watching are thinking about how they can become someone who has the kind of wealth you’re used to just showing off. This is not me supporting money rituals or fraudsters/Yahoo boys—NOT me. But one thing remains: some of our online money influencers need, as a matter of urgency, to stop some of the things they do online to save the future of our youth. It’s very important. As for you young ones out there 🫵🏻, don’t be motivated by money you see online or offline, as the case may be. Instead, be motivated by people in legitimate online workplaces. I mean, you're already online—there are so many things you can do online legitimately, like learning a skill, freelancing, or starting your own business. @HighImpact01, @OgbeniDipo, or better still, @Kynsofficial and his group will help you grow in life gradually.
