Some people know their only way to access your energy is by trying to upset you or piss you off, to bring you out of alignment & try to stop you achieving your goals. This is why it’s important to stay grounded in who you are & not let them sway you. Of course it’s normal to feel angry & upset when someone hurts you, process that but don’t linger in that for longer than necessary. Don’t let them have that affect on you.
