DANTE TRADER JR. O5.5 TACKLES + ASSISTS — 1U
-135 Fanatics / -130 Bet365
This was plus money but still love the value tomorrow. Dante Trader Jr. has quietly emerged as a full-time safety for Miami over his last three games. There is an outside chance he will be in a rotation, but based off of coach reports, he’s entrenched as the starter in the box.
Trader is an in box thumper who lives around the line of scrimmage. Over the last 3 games, elite box usage numbers of 44.2% / 40.4% / 37.5%.
The matchup against the Jets is especially attractive. New York should look to establish the ground game, sustain drives and control the clock. That’s a favorable game script for a safety who’s now consistently on the field and positioned to clean up tackles.
The Jets are allowing the 5th-most tackles + assists to opposing safeties. Dating back to last season, Trader Jr. is a perfect 4/4 to clear this line when playing 88%+ of the defensive snaps.
LONGSHOT T+A LOTTO — 0.1U
I’m also parlaying Dante Trader Jr. 8+ tackles + assists with Chamarri Conner of the Kansas City Chiefs 8+ tackles + assists.

The New York Knicks plan to sign Dalton Knecht to a two-way deal, league sources told @hoopshype. Knecht, the 17th overall pick of the 2024 NBA Draft, averaged 7.1 points on 46% shooting from the field and 37% shooting from 3-point range in two seasons with the Lakers.

The “I’m done watching” crowd sure does stay informed about a league(WNBA) they supposedly stopped watching!

That’s the first time the Knicks lost a game by more than 4 points since… April 12th
In their three playoffs defeats, they lost by a combined total of six points

NBA OPENING NIGHT
🏀OG ANUNOBY O16.5 POINTS (-114 FD) | 1 UNIT
🍀OG 21 POINTS & KARL ANTHONY-TOWNS 5 ASSISTS (+365 FANATICS) | .2 UNITS
We’re starting Year 5 with OG Anunoby on ring night at MSG.
This is more of an eye-test play than anything. I simply believe the Knicks leading scorers are mispriced. Karl-Anthony Towns is listed at 18.5 points and OG at 16.5. I actually believe those numbers should be flipped. I’ve been pretty vocal about expecting OG to take another leap offensively this season, and I believe he’ll establish himself as the Knicks’ second scoring option behind Jalen Brunson.
We saw flashes of that throughout the championship run. OG averaged 21.2 PPG in the NBA Finals, including performances of 28 and 33 points against San Antonio. He also dropped 24 against Philadelphia in the second round.
The early preseason usage was encouraging, too. OG finished with roughly a 20% usage rate, second-highest among Knicks starters. Mike Brown has also discussed getting OG more involved offensively, which aligns with what I’ve been seeing.
Now the matchup. I LOVE the potential for OG to attack the paint tomorrow. He scored 41% of his points at the rim last season. He’s incredibly physical, uses his strength to bully smaller defenders and can get downhill whenever he wants. Joel Embiid is still a presence, but he’s not the same rim protector he was in his prime. Philadelphia’s frontcourt depth is also a mess. Dominick Barlow, Dean Wade and Tacko Fall are all dealing with injuries and may miss Tuesday’s game. Meanwhile backup center Ariel Hukporti is out for the season with a torn Achilles.
I think there’s a legitimate chance we’re getting an outdated number on OG before the market adjusts to his offensive role this season.
Ring night. Banner going up. I’m expecting OG to be aggressive from the jump. For .2U I’m sprinkling OG to score 21 points & KAT to dish 5 assists. The combination was masterful during the Knicks title run. KAT’s vision has been on full display this preseason.

The New York Knicks will sign Dink Pate to an Exhibit-10 deal after his withdrawal from Providence, sources say. He averaged 16.4 points, 6.7 boards and 4 assists last season in the G League. He was the youngest pro USA player ever when he signed with the G League Ignite in 2023.
