I got one hell of a beer here. A superbly crafted imp stout. Natural flavours of cinnamon, chocolate and treacle and theres a warmth and delicate spice from the black pepper and ginger. 10%abv? Wow, id have a yard of this Thanks @carnivalbrewing @SprawlKitchen @BrewingSales

So, 4/7 pubs to reopen with 1M distancing. Not much time for breweries to brew and have #beer available. Well planned! Lucky last few weeks we’ve brewed and already have some stock of cask and keg, plus our new cans. Trade if you want stock email [email protected]

Turning our Parkin recipe into a beer was something that we had always wanted to do (and we think it turned out really well) so another Sprawl recipe turned @carnivalbrewing collaboration might well be on the table in the not so distant future...

We made this Green Tomato and Sour Grape Chilli Relish with @biereduquercorb's saison Trobairitz. We hoped to use this at popups but since 2020 has been cancelled, it's now our go to condiment for all the food we have been scranning at home instead.
