We promise once all this is over, however long it takes, we'll be back.
We will walk, jog, run & volunteer together again 🤗
Thanks in no small part to the ongoing financial support of @Vitality_SA we will return ❤️

At parkrun you will never walk alone or be last! Each parkrun has a dedicated tailwalker who will make sure everyone completes the 5 km course safely. #loveparkrun #lovevolunteers #happyparkrunning #parkrun
parkrun goes ahead rain or shine, hot or cold! So why not pull on some woolies and get out there tomorrow morning to give these hi-vis heroes a high five! #loveparkrun #lovevolunteers #parkrun
Did you know parkrun is 100% free and happens every Saturday of the year?! Register for free at parkrun.co.za/ register #loveparkrun #happyparkrunning #lovevolunteers
