I’m not sure you could type up a worse prognosis and forecast for a pitcher. Goodness
Schwellenbach was throwing off the mound earlier this week when he felt some of the same elbow discomfort he felt just before Spring Training. After he fractured his elbow last year, the hope was to avoid surgery. The prolonged issue has left him no choice but to have a screw placed in his elbow. When and if he might pitch again is unknown. But he said he is determined to return at some point.

The Braves had the Profar money and more prospect capital than they've had as a contender in long time. They've had an obvious need to bolster the rotation since November. Thought for sure this was the year they would make a big splash. But instead, they've left plenty of room to second guess.

Privacy isn’t just a feature in crypto, it’s the foundation of true financial freedom. Without it, every transaction becomes a data point for someone else to analyze, trace, or exploit.
It protects individuals from surveillance, shields strategies, secures business activity, and preserves financial sovereignty.
That’s why I built @silentswap . A platform that lets people transact privately, securely, and without ever giving up custody of their funds. Privacy in crypto isn’t about hiding, its about protecting what’s yours.

The loudest noise in crypto is always the shortest lived.
Trends vanish. Hype fades. Narratives rewrite themselves.
What endures are the builders who keep going long after the crowd has moved on.
If you want to see the future of this space, stop watching where people are shouting.
Start watching where people are quietly working.

Crypto isn’t just about charts or cycles, it’s about conviction.
Hype comes and goes, narratives fade, but real builders don’t.
Every cycle has two types of people.
Those chasing what’s hot, and those creating what lasts.
The difference is that one is forgotten when the trend dies.
The other is remembered when the next era begins.
