I am really struggling when adults say they can’t find it to encourage students to study ed. 1) adults should not limit students to what the adult sees as a good fit - whom are you steering where and why? 2) if something is going to change, this is the gen doing the redesign

3) all old ppl (read- Ts) are thinking of preparing Ss for a world that does not yet exist, how do Ts kx what Ss should/n’t do? 4) if you are not actively seeking to diversify Ts and who becomes Ts, that is part of perpetuating a racist system
