Not all heroes wear capes. Mr Jones has been pressure washing the path for a couple of hours now - it’s looking good!
Well done Mr Jones for embracing challenge and striving to achieve your best.
(Pretty sure he enjoys it, too)
Year 6 are enjoying their time at Peterborough Museum today learning about evolution, camouflage and the work of Mary Anning.
What a fantastic day taking part in Young Voices 2025 in Birmingham today. The children had an amazing time singing with nearly 5000 other children from across the country.
Miss Boyer collected some exciting gardening goodies, donated by Tesco, earlier in the week. Mrs Grange and Mrs Steel already have so many plans on how to use them all, during their Forest School and Learning Mentor sessions 🌱🌍💚 Thank you @Tesco Serpentine Green
What a lovely way to end 2024 at St Augustine's - thank you to the record number of grown ups who came along to join us for the Christmas Service at St John's, and thank you all for your support this year.
Have a lovely Christmas and New Year and enjoy the break.
Here's to 2025!
We really were Rocking Around The Christmas Tree this morning - our first ever Rocksteady concert was an absolute blast - and much cleaner than Glastonbury too!
Well done everyone!
It's been a busy couple of days for the St Augustine's Choir. They have thoroughly enjoyed singing at the Christmas Bonanza, the Botolph Green Carol Service and Woodston Library. They're resting over the weekend ready for another performance at Tesco Oundle Road on Monday.
Well done to our 'Mathematicians of the Month', for November 2024. They have been working hard, applying their maths knowledge and skills and impressing the adults in their classrooms. You have made us and yourselves very proud. Well done.
Just a reminder - hopefully you've all got it in your diaries to join us at St John's Church in the centre of town next Friday at 10am for our Christmas Service!
We have kicked off the Christmas Advent Season at St Augustine’s by reflecting on hope and praying for those we care about. We also joined the Ely Diocese Schools Virtual Christingle Service.el
Today, we had our yearly Maths Cafe. We had lots of parents and carers attend the event. It was a great success and we all had a brilliant time.
We have collated a list of websites of organisations that provide support on a range of matters such as SEND, sleep and mental health for you and your children if you are in need of any information. The link is below, we hope it is of use.

Wow! We’ve received these both on the same day.
Thank you for helping to make a difference to people in our local community and beyond!
We had a special visit in school today! Peterborough United Football Club brought some free tickets for the children to attend the Peterborough United v Reading game this weekend. Thank you @PeterBurrow1934 and @theposh
