Year 1 have loved their digital painting unit in Computing. Miss Elward set us some challenges and was very impressed with skills🖥️🎨🖌️
In Maths, Year 3 have been practicing their multiples of 2. We began by counting forwards in 2's then went onto counting backwards from 100. Year 3 did an amazing job2️⃣🔢
Eddie and Dhruvi have completed the maths planet challenge two terms ahead. The maths involved in this is very tricky ! Impressive work right here.
In Geography, Year 3 have been learning about volcanoes. We saw our own eruption today! We thought this was an effusive eruption rather than an explosive eruption! 🌋
Year 1 have been loving learning about animals this half term. We consolidated our knowledge on whether animals were herbivores, carnivores or omnivores based on their diet. We have made a lift the flap answer sheet in our science books to test whoever looks in our books
Year 1 have been subtracting this week and one method we learnt to use to help us was counting back on a number line and/or a 100 number square. Great Maths Year 1!
Nursery have been reading 'Dear Zoo' this week. Today we have been building our own zoo enclosures and sorting out all the animals that are the same.
Year 4 are really proud of their Scratch quizzes. Today we added a variable so our quizzes now keep score. (Computing)
A piece of chocolate cake has gone missing! Year 2 have written missing posters and put them up in the corridor. Have you seen the delicious chocolate cake?
In Art, Year 4 developed the technique of using simple shapes to draw animals and chose between charcoal, pencil or watercolour in our Messy Room to create an effect.
