15:19 Doncaster:
River King (5/1) has no experience on ground like this but his sire had his best day when conditions were testing and maybe his son can repeat the trick.
The draw and racing against high level seven-furlong handicappers limited what he could show at Ascot last time, and he’ll be happier back at a mile.
A mark of 94 should not be his limit and whilst he’s not the only capable type lining up in this race, he should be a contender if the ground suits.
17:05 Doncaster:
Prosperitas (7/2) wants the mud flying and won both of his handicaps on heavy ground, including a division of this race last season.
He ran a race of promise when returning from a break on the All-Weather last month and should be spot-on for this assignment.
There will be no excuses for him and if he runs his race, he won’t be far away when it matters.

JPR One gets a thoroughly deserved win at Cheltenham! 😍

15:35 Cheltenham:
JPR One (7/2) gives at least 10lb away to this field but may have a class edge on them if ready to go after six months off the track.
He went within a head of landing the Grade 1 Celebration Chase at Sandown when last seen and has plenty of Cheltenham experience on his slate.
It’s probably not the best punting race of the day, given the lack of recent runs for a number of the more obvious contenders, but JPR One should be there or thereabouts.
Fourth time lucky for Bowensonfire over fences, who finishes best to land the novices' chase at Cheltenham. 👏

13:50 Cheltenham:
Bowensonfire (11/8) has been somewhat uneasy in the betting but looks to have a good opportunity of getting a first win over fences at the fourth attempt.
Finishing third at Gowran Park a few weeks ago was a respectable effort and the suspicion is that easier ground over a shorter trip will eke out an improved performance.

Cheltenham is back 😍😍
Seven races on Friday’s Showcase card, and we’ve gone through the lot.
Here’s who we’re siding with and why 👇
16:45 Cheltenham:
A handicap chase for amateur riders closes the card and it’s not a simple one to approach either.
Unanswered Prayers (15/2) ran fifth on his reappearance in this race last season, only beaten a few lengths, and could find his form again following a break.
He shouldn’t mind how much rain gets into the ground either and gets a tentative nod of approval.
