DEVELOPMENT!
Plug and Play is Awesome, But just because you are good enough on Week 1 doesnt mean we still cant work and make you better.
Come get Developed
21 of our 22 Game 2 starters were recruited by our staff out of high school.
4 of those starters weren't starters in Game 1.
Opportunity earned. Development realized.
Recruit the right people. Invest in them daily. Believe in them before they've become what they're capable of being.
That's still a winning formula

7 Different Braves Caught/Rushed/Thew a TD today. An 8th scored one on SPTs.
7 Players caught a Pass
7 Players had a Rush
28 Players made a Tackle
13 Players had a TFL
7 Players had a Sack
3 Players Forced a Turnover
What does this tell you?
We are not a One man band. We play a team game as a team. Everyone has a job. Everyone does their part. The whole team stepped up and good things happened.
If you wanna play as an individual this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you wanna be a part of team, There’s no better place for you than OU.

Game Day visits are coming up Soon.
We will be inviting Student-Athletes that fill out our Survey and Get Admitted to the University.
Get the Process started now, come see why OU is for YOU
Been seeing alot of recruits following and sending DM's this week. We're fired up to begin the recruiting process.
If you took the time follow and DM, take less than 3 minutes to fill out our questionnaire.
Every athlete that fills out the questionnaire gets their film watched, not every DM will get answered.
Set yourself apart from the crowd.

20 of our 22 Week 1 starters were players our staff recruited out of HS.
In an era where everyone talks about the transfer portal, you can still win by identifying the right young men, developing them, and investing in them every day.
There are no shortcuts to culture. Recruit the right people. Develop them. Believe in them. Retain them.
Development still matters. Relationships still matter. And building young men still wins.

Taught both and learned both.
Two hand punch: focused (both hands one target) controlled punch that when landed gets you into an immediate position of control.
One hand: allows the OL to be able to combat hand swipes and have a second hand to throw when the DL makes their move.
Two hand punch you can Emphasize immediate strength and locking out.
One hand punch you can emphasize playing long and combating an active rusher.
