It is 2023 and we are steadily redefining what it means to be brave, courageous, and strong. To admit that you could use a team, to seek trustworthy members in your life for a support system is one of the greatest steps in nourishing and protecting your mental health.
I navigate challenges with grace and adaptability, leveraging my emotional intelligence to find innovative solutions. I am a leader who embodies emotional intelligence, inspiring those around me and driving success in both my personal and professional life.
#ProfessionalWomen
I embrace the power of emotional intelligence as a professional woman. I am attuned to my own emotions and reactions, understanding their impact on myself and others. I cultivate stronger relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
#SuccessMindset
We know that we give our all to our work, but it's super important to remember that taking care of ourselves emotionally is just as crucial to avoid getting burned out.

Our bodies are not designed to process this much trauma. The over exposure is critically detrimental to us on so many layers: physically, spiritually, emotionally and cognitively.
They're not filled with hatred. Filled with arrogance, entitlement, power hungry. They didnt kill him because they hated him. They killed him because they didn't value him beyond their own hurt egos. It was a straight power trip that escalated with each moment.
Either way, the trauma of the tragedy touches us all because it is one more extraordinary reason why we need to change as a whole.
Some will watch.
Some will not.
Some will protest.
Some will not.
Some will pray.
Some will not.
Some will process.
Some will not.
That's the humanity of tragedy.
We each figure out how we are going to deal with something.
Whatever one chooses to do is totally up to them
