pump/sol & pump/usd pairings, swapped some more solana into pump betting on weekly close > .0055 and .01+ shortly after
already 5x off bottom from summer & leading altcoin thus far this cycle
believe this breaking ATHs will raise ceilings for all new launches, still very underowned, yearlong accumulation & buybacks remain consistent with crosschain mobile app gaining traction
----
other general market thoughts
zec 400 to 1600 in Q3, up from 40 in september of 2025, (500M -> 20B mcap) by far the top crypto performer of the past year, entering the double bubble turbulent area where price action becomes most volatile and blow off top ensues, i believe btc 2017 is best comp, aggressive uptrend+selloffs all year
btc eth & sol holding above range highs after good move off the lows from the summer, pa has been clean, no large liq runs yet but believe most are still offsides, think higher before pullbacks
hype & lit have been strong but recently sold off p aggro on robinhood perps integration news, believe this is the time period where it will make the most sense for hyperliquid & lighter to be aggressive with marketing, especially hyperliquid as i feel they have dominated but mostly exhuasted all of the liquidity of the crypto native cohort, hyperliquid has ~100k active traders? RH has 25M DAUs, want to see hyperliquid move aggressively into marketing towards more retail but also tradfi HNWI clients, am sure they are already thinking of ways to do this but is necessary step for them becoming 1T+ behemoth as Jeff envisions, partnership with Kraken on US integration is a big step
this is also the area where i expect a lot of builders to capitalize, HL builder codes are designed in such a way that retail frontends can build easily on top, believe gamified hyperliquid mobile apps will be some of the most successful crypto apps this cycle, similar to trading terminals success last cycle with onchain coins, social trading has been huge sofar with onchain coins, but PNLs on perps are much larger & whoever figures out how to tap that liquidity wins huge
----
timing altcoins
zec uptrend started sept 2025
hype uptrend started jan 2026
pump uptrend started july 2026
ZEHYPERPUMP still strongest 3 imo
stating because i believe it will be important to be able to determine where different altcoins are in their market cycles, crypto does not trade one to one anymore, btc eth sol were all in downtrend for most of the year while hype outperformed aggressively, pump was in downtrend for a year straight while zcash pumped 20x, alt szns are an ever-rotating game, not something that happens all at the same time, being able to recognize when certain trends are beginning and others are ending is a necessary skill for compounding wins together
if i had to guess in terms of timing macro trends in three parts, id say zec is in its last third, hype is in its middle third, & pump is in its first third
it takes time for a base to build on assets before demand outweighs supply and uptrend begins & the opposite happens at tops when supply eventually outweighs demand
go look at old coinbase & robinhood charts, same trend diff timeframe
-----
anyway my point being i believe we are entering a new phase for alts doing well, onchain & cex alts, cex alts currently have extreme discounts because of how poorly they did last cycle, imo this is your opportunity for identifying gems in the piles of trash, because there are some out there and most still believe crypto is a scam
there is a lot of sidelined capital looking for things to bid, VCs & smart retail alike
the time to make your list of which coins to start buying is now, everything is floored
------
TLDR:
Q4 bias: bullish, pullback + OI wipe in October, early bull market but late lev entries dangerous, high conviction spot positions safe
highest conviction: PUMP
invalidation levels: 74k, 73, .0034, 750, 95
concerns: rates/war/dxy strength

THE $5,500 LAUNCH THAT BECAME A $70 MILLION POSITION.
Someone spent about 6,300 dollars to launch $ANSEM on pump.fun in mid-June. When they were done, they walked away with roughly 5,500 dollars in profit and none of the token.
The influencer whose name is on it, Ansem @blknoiz06, ended up holding a position worth more than 70 million dollars at peak. He did not deploy the token. He did not buy it on the open market. An anonymous wallet created it, bought the bulk of the supply at launch, transferred around 650 million tokens, about 65 percent of everything, to Ansem's wallet for free, and then sold its small remainder and left.
That single handoff is the whole story. Everything else that followed, the airdrops, the "community redistribution," the 18,000 percent candle, sits on top of it.
Most of the coverage this week led with price action or the airdrop hype. The part worth your attention is the supply structure underneath it, because it tells you exactly what kind of asset this is.
The redistribution narrative and the on-chain reality
After receiving the supply, @blknoiz06 announced he would airdrop his accumulated pump.fun creator fees back to holders. He framed it as returning value to the community rather than launching a token to sell into. Across multiple rounds starting June 27, he distributed roughly 7 to 9 million dollars worth of $ANSEM. The stated goal: grow from around 25,000 holders to one million.
On its face, that reads as generous. Lookonchain's breakdown of the on-chain data reads differently.
One tracked tranche moved 67.38 million tokens to 704 wallets. Of that, 74 percent of the value landed in just seven wallets. Those seven had already sold more than 38 million tokens within hours, realizing over a million dollars, while still sitting on more.
Zoom out across that same tranche and the distribution splits three ways. Just over half of recipient wallets sold nothing. Around a quarter sold everything immediately. The rest sold partially. So there was real distribution to real holders, but the bulk of the dollar value concentrated into a handful of wallets that treated it as an exit, not a stake.
A community airdrop where three quarters of the value flows to seven addresses is not broad distribution. It is a concentrated payout wearing a community label.
What you are actually holding
Strip the narrative and $ANSEM has no product, no team, no revenue, and no roadmap. Its value is a direct function of two things: Ansem's reach, and his willingness to keep sending tokens out as the market cap climbs.
That second point is the mechanism. Ansem has tied continued distributions to a rising price, which keeps attention locked on the token and gives holders a reason to stay through volatility. DeFi researcher @DefiIgnas made the sharp observation here: the tokens being handed out are funded by new buyers rather than any business cash flow, and recasting a memecoin as a "revenue token" is usually a warning sign, not a bull case. The fees being redistributed come from the trading activity of people buying in.
The number that matters more than price is concentration. Even after distributing millions, Ansem's wallet still controls somewhere around 60 percent of total supply. One wallet with that much of the float can move the price sharply in either direction. Rugcheck-style scanners do not flag the usual mechanical rug risks like mint authority, so this is not that. The risk is simpler and larger: a single holder with majority control and a public incentive to manage the narrative around his own bag.
The experiment worth actually watching
None of this means the idea behind it is empty. $ANSEM is a live test of one of crypto's most contested questions: can a person's online reputation be packaged into a tradable asset? Analyst 0xNairolf framed it as one of the biggest unsolved markets in the space, letting people speculate on other people, and argued whoever cracks it cleanly builds the next pump.fun.
The opt-in defense holds some weight too. Nobody is forced to buy an influencer coin. If you buy it and lose, the counterparty is your own decision. That is more honest than a lot of what gets sold in this market.
But "you chose to play" is not the same as "the game is fair." The origin mechanics here, an anonymous deployer funding the launch and handing majority supply to one influencer before vanishing, are precisely the dynamics that on-chain investigators have flagged in influencer memecoins before. The difference this time is that the data is public and traceable in near real time. That is the actual lesson: the tools to check exist, and the on-chain reality diverged sharply from the headline numbers circulating on aggregators.
What to watch
Three things tell you where this goes next.
First, Ansem's wallet balance. If the roughly 60 percent position starts moving in size, the "aligned with holders" framing gets tested immediately. Watch it on Bubblemaps or Arkham.
Second, the holder curve versus the one-million target. Holder count has climbed fast, but a rising count that is mostly dust wallets from airdrops is not the same as demand. Watch whether new holders buy more or just receive and sell.
Third, the copycats. Multiple tokens share the $ANSEM ticker, and Ansem has disavowed several. Any figure you see quoted is meaningless without the exact contract address attached. Verify the contract before you trust a single number.
The token may run further or unwind entirely. That is not the point. The point is that the clearest signal in this whole episode is not the price. It is the gap between what was said and what the chain shows, and that gap is readable by anyone willing to look.

Crypto is not dead.
Anyone pushing that narrative right now is either not paying attention or they’re acting as a mouthpiece for the same institutions trying to shake retail out before they take full control.
This industry has been counted out every cycle.
And every cycle, it comes back stronger.

The tokenized asset market crossed $30 billion last month and has stayed there. Roughly the size of an elite university endowment.
As recently as mid-2024, it was below $3 billion. 10x in under two years.
What changed: the GENIUS Act, mature institutional onchain infrastructure, and a wave of financial institutions moving from pilots to production — all at roughly the same time.

📰StackSats Weekly Digest #001 is now live: Crypto Twitter Is Rotating. Here’s What the Data Confirms.
The market mood has quietly shifted.
Fear & Greed moved from 11 last month to 49 currently, not euphoria, but the clearest signal in months that the persistent caution is easing. BTC continues to hold above $80k amid slightly softer geopolitical tensions and a weakening dollar. This isn’t a breakout yet, but it feels like the first real exhale after an extended period of fear.
In this week’s digest we go beyond price action and look at where actual conviction is forming on Crypto Twitter.
What credible analysts and researchers are actually discussing right now:
Two narratives are currently standing out for their fundamental defensibility.
1. Privacy infrastructure: As Bitcoin continues mainstreaming, accounts like @Matt_Hougan point out that the arrival of “suitcoiners” is creating space for genuine privacy assets and quantum-resistant technology to build their own independent theses.
2. Regulatory clarity around Real World Assets (RWA): The focus is squarely on the U.S. Senate’s CLARITY Act markup scheduled for May 14.
This bill addresses one of crypto’s longest-standing questions: which digital assets fall under securities law versus commodities. For anyone following tokenized real-world assets, this is a pivotal moment. Advancement (even without full passage) would signal that the institutional framework is moving forward.
The RWA narrative is past the pitch stage.
This is no longer theoretical infrastructure. DeFiLlama’s RWA dashboard shows institutional products from BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and Ondo already live and generating measurable on-chain activity. The rotation we’re seeing is away from simple treasury tokenization and toward more sophisticated on-chain finance: private credit, stablecoin yield mechanics, and institutional settlement rails.
The infrastructure is built. The next catalyst is regulatory.
Three protocols worth watching in this rotation:
• $PENDLE continues to generate real fee revenue by tokenizing and separating future yield from interest-bearing assets, with direct distributions to token holders. Key catalyst ahead: the rollover of maturing Ethena PTs on Plasma into the June 2026 maturity pools, which historically drives volume when yield expectations reset.
• $HYPE Hyperliquid remains the dominant on-chain perpetuals exchange by volume, supported by consistent revenue-funded buybacks and early momentum from its newly launched prediction market.
• $ENA Ethena, the synthetic dollar protocol behind yield-bearing USDe, is one to watch as traders monitor USDe APY ahead of the core contributor unlock on June 2.
Key dates to watch in the coming weeks:
• May 14 — U.S. Senate CLARITY Act markup
• May 16 — ARB unlock (92.6M tokens)
• Mid-May — STRK unlock (127M tokens)
• May 31 — BTC monthly close (potential third consecutive green month)
• June 2 — ENA core contributor unlock
Also worth monitoring: BTC dominance currently sitting at 58.1%. Historically, a reversal from this level has preceded capital rotation into fundamentals-backed altcoins.
