Not just Georgian Townhouses though - lot of older generation offices in the city core built during the 20th century have smaller floor plans that would be suitable for residential conversion.

We also want to see conversations of Georgian buildings in Dublin's core back to residential. DCC issued a Georgian Townhouse Re-use Document in 2019 with guidance on such conversions: dublincity.ie/sites/default/… Recent ESB conversion on Upper Mount Street: irishtimes.com/life-and-styl…
A smarter idea for Dublin would be to move offices from Georgian buildings - which all used to be housing - into purpose-built contemporary office blocks, and return Georgian streets and squares to housing. It would be more sustainable, and better in terms of urban planning.
