IMO, it's a pretty big deal and changes how we think about muscle, the brain, and human health.
Lead author @krististors describes it well and I'll be doing an IG Live with @DrRagnar next week.
Quickly; we present STRONG evidence that physical strength is a direct predictor of cognitive function in the general population. Also, many people in these large databases have no link between how much muscle they have and how much they exercise (meaning not all muscle is created or equal)....
