People say entertainment is an escape from reality, but I can't enjoy entertainment unless things are already going well in my life.
If I'm stressin and I put a movie on, 30 seconds into the movie my mind would be somewhere else and I just won't be able to enjoy the movie.
So how is entertainment an escape if it's only enjoyable for me when I don't need to escape.?
