I have many friends on YouTube wondering why their viewership is down, as a consumer of YouTube content I can say it’s the political adds. After the 20th repeat political add in just a couple hours I literally turn it off and go elsewhere. I watch videos to get away not for politics. It will be better after the elections.

Isekai journal day 15 Hi journal, So my new friends name is Elizabeth Graveheart, she slept all of the rest of yesterday and most of this morning. She’s a normal human I think, no tail normal ears, normal eyes. She’s is so obsessed with taking care of me its wild, I can barely move an inch without her jumping and saying it’s ok I’ll get it. Even as I write this she is sitting in a chair at the end of my bed just waiting for me to need something. She’s acting more as a servant than a family friend. I asked her if she was curious what I was writing, she laughed and said there is nothing in my life she doesn’t know already. Also being that I lost my memory she knows me better than myself. This is going to be an interesting time getting to know her. When she woke up she rushed to find me because I wasn’t in bed and told me I shouldn’t be up in my condition. I had to negotiate to at least sit in the Parlor and talk for a bit. I told her I don’t remember anything, anything at all… She challenged me with question after question about my family the country we live in animals herbs food everything really. The look on her face was absolute horror. She asked me what I had been doing for the last two weeks while she was away to get medicine, I basically told her the truth about everything other than I’m from another world. She is kind but the way she’s treating me its almost like a mom or an older sister caring for a child. I told her how I remember waking up on the edge of the forest, found my way home using a map I had on me. She was angry but it got worse, I told her about travelling to the village and fighting the slime things and camping out overnight. At this point she was at absolute rage, she sat and scolded me and told me to keep going and tell her the rest. So… I took the Boar out of my storage bag, and she dropped the cup of tea she had been drinking. The beautiful pink tea cup shattered absolutely everywhere. She then continued to yell at me while cleaning up the shattered cup that my inability to control magic is what got me into this mess and was why I’m so sick to begin with. This was really odd though I didn’t use any magic and she wouldn’t believe me, Vines came out of the ground on their own. She looked at me stunned when I made that comment and I think it really clicked in that moment I absolutely didn’t know anything about well anything. After that She immediately brought me here to the bedroom and told me to get in bed before I get worse. She was nice enough to bring me journals to read but the conversation between us has dried up. Whenever I ask her about herself, she tells me I’m the important one right now. I don’t want to fight her on anything but I guess if she is my caretaker me losing my memory would be a significant scare especially if I’ve been ill. I’m going to read through these journals and books a bit more and see if I can get her to talk a bit more. It’s getting awkward because here eyes are practically watching my every move. She is constantly checking me for a fever, and I have to fight just to go to the outhouse she wants me to use a bed pan. It’s obvious that she’s worried but she won’t believe I’m doing ok at all. I hope in the morning after she gets more rest she will be open to talking. The whole day has been frustrating but it’s obvious she means well. Goodnight Journal, wish me luck.
