Venus, a nocturnal, feminine planet, associated with the elements of air and water, moves into Libra, the hot and moist, sanguine, moveable sign of Air. Venus is dignified by sign rulership herein.

Mars moves into Leo until 25 November, getting out of his debilitated state in Cancer, but … “ hee [Mars] generally is the cause of corruption in regard of his too much dryness, and this especially when he is in a fiery Sign”
(Lilly, Annus Tenebrosus or the Dark Year, 1652)
Full Moon in Aries on Saturday 16:49UT. With the Moon in Aries we have to look at Mars to find out about this Full Moon's quality. Mars will be in 29 Cancer, an anaretic degree, and in his Fall. Expect explosive emotional volatility and a desperate reckless urge to act on impulse
Libra with traditional Decan rulers Moon, Saturn, and Jupiter, from the fabulous Tübinger Hausbuch.
