Hi, it's Lily! I'm doing a fundraiser with DNMS Orchestra and we are raising funds for our Frontier City music festival trip and to purchase music and supplies. Can you help by making a donation at the link? Thank you for your support! app.pop4kids.org/Cause/96793…
One stellar leader, right here!
Congratulations to Heather Bohaty, @DerbySupt, on being named a finalist for 2025 Kansas Superintendent of the Year!
We are #DerbyProud.
Find a community that you love. That invests in you and you in them. Our students, our staff, our PTO, our community, they hold my heart.
With support from the school's PTO, @twdtigers refurbished an old vending machine to create a book vending machine - a first in our district. After meeting different goals, students can earn a token to "purchase" a new book.
Special thanks to @KSNNews & @KWCH12 for coming out!

Lily wants to dance all the dances and this year, she is competing in 5 dances at each competition and I am so proud of her drive! She has a popcorn fundraiser going on for just 4 days. She receives 50% of the proceeds and it ships directly to YOU! popup.doublegood.com/s/t8l1u… #dance
It is so important to do our best to communicate with ALL! 💚
Ahead of our schools welcoming back students & families tonight, staff began the day being welcomed back themselves. @DerbySupt provided a district update, followed by an incredibly powerful program from @signingthesong. #DerbyBack2School
I've read Culturize, Recalibrate, & am listening to @casas_jimmy's "The Interview Chair" podcast! This morning, I drove to the Kansas City area to hear his powerful message for the start of the year & I'm on fire for what all I can take back to our @twdtigers staff on Monday.
@casas_jimmy, thank you for coming to @TUSD202 Convocation. What a motivation going into the school year. #EveryStudentEveryDay #TMSfamily
Derby Welcome Back district meeting and Meet the School Night provided a day full of inspiration and excitement for all that is to come! #derbyback2school #derbyproud #greenismagic
I met with various small groups of educators for different reasons this past week and all I can say is… they empower me. Our staff are so energetic about making education “stick” and are going to put in the labor to make things happen! #derbyback2school #derbyproud #bethewhy
I used to do lessons with my middle school students on how to appropriately email their teachers and other professionals. I always loved teaching my students those skills that would put them just a step ahead!
📧📧📧 It's a MUST-TEACH lesson! What kind of emails do you get from your students?
