A college chum, actually one of me closest friends had the predecessor of the following car. It had a 429. We called it the "country squirrel" since it was a bit "squirrily" under power, and yes, I did a bit of tuning on the car. After the 1973 oil crisis, American automakers began abandoning their biggest engines. Compression ratios fell, horsepower ratings dropped, emissions equipment became increasingly important, and the era of the traditional big-block muscle car was fading fast. Yet Ford continued offering a 460-cubic-inch V8 in a wood-paneled station wagon. Through 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1978, buyers could still order a Country Squire with simulated woodgrain sides, three rows of seating, an AM/FM 8-track stereo, power accessories, and a 460 under the hood. While the rest of the industry was moving toward smaller engines and lighter vehicles, Ford was still selling one of America's biggest family wagons with one of its largest passenger-car V8s. The 1973–1978 LTD Country Squire was enormous. Federal 5-mph bumper requirements added substantial length and mass, contributing to a wagon that stretched well beyond 18 feet. Depending on model year and configuration, the wheelbase was around 121 inches. The Country Squire could carry up to eight passengers, with a rear-facing third-row seat in the cargo area. Fold the rear seats down and the wagon offered an enormous load floor. A power-operated tailgate window, roof rack, full-size spare tire, and extensive power equipment made it less like a modern SUV and more like a living room on wheels. The standard V8 was the 400-cubic-inch engine, while the 460 was available as the big-engine option. In these years, the 460 was a very different engine from the high-output versions that had powered Ford muscle and luxury cars earlier in the decade. Emissions regulations and fuel-economy concerns had dramatically reduced its output. Depending on the model year and configuration, horsepower was roughly in the 200-hp range. But peak horsepower wasn't what mattered in a nearly 5,000-pound station wagon. The 460 produced substantial low- and mid-range torque, making it well suited to moving a heavily loaded wagon or towing a boat or trailer. The Country Squire represented a particular part of American life that has almost disappeared. It was the family vehicle for long road trips, vacations, trips to the lake, and hauling boats, luggage, camping equipment, and anything else that could fit inside. Eight passengers could climb aboard, load the cargo area, attach a trailer, and head across the country. The wagon was enormous, but that was precisely why families bought it. And then there was the woodgrain. The "wood" wasn't actually wood. It was a simulated woodgrain vinyl appliqué applied to the steel body. Nobody really believed the car was made from timber, and nobody needed to. The woodgrain had become part of the Country Squire's identity. It signaled that this was Ford's premium full-size wagon, complete with comfortable seating, air conditioning, extensive equipment, and, if ordered, a very large V8. The Country Squire also became an enduring symbol of the American family wagon. Although the Griswold family's famous "Wagon Queen Family Truckster" in National Lampoon's Vacation was based on the later downsized Ford LTD Country Squire wagon, the exaggerated image captured the same cultural idea: the enormous American family wagon loaded with people and luggage and heading across the country. By 1978, Ford was preparing to move away from the full-size land-yacht formula. Smaller engines such as the 351 became increasingly important as buyers and manufacturers focused more heavily on fuel economy. For 1979, Ford downsized the full-size LTD and Country Squire onto the new Panther platform. The new wagon was dramatically shorter and lighter, and the 460 disappeared from Ford's passenger-car lineup. That marked the end of an era. For years, Ford had offered something that seems almost impossible by modern standards: a huge family station wagon with three rows of seats, fake woodgrain, a massive cargo area, and a 460-cubic-inch V8. It wasn't a muscle car. It wasn't supposed to be fast. Its job was to carry everything, tow what needed towing, and keep doing it for years. The 460 Country Squire was the final expression of the American land-yacht wagon. Big, heavy, comfortable, practical, and powered by an engine that belonged to an earlier era. Today, clean examples remain surprisingly affordable compared with many classic muscle cars. And that's part of what makes them so interesting. The Country Squire never needed to be a superstar. It was simply the biggest family wagon Ford could build and for a few years after the oil crisis, you could still order it with a 460.

This from a friend: Someone asked me, “What would it take for you to change your perspective on Muslims?” Well this would have to change, for starters… Hey Google, list the 20 largest religious terrorist organizations in the world. Rank them by size, and specify what religion they adhere to. 1. Houthi Movement (Islam) 2. Hezbollah (Islam) 3. Hamas (Islam) 4. Al-Qaeda (Islam) 5. ISIS (Islam) 6. Al-Shabaab (Islam) 7. Islamic State West Africa Province (Islam) 8. Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (Islam) 9. Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (Islam) 10. Lashkar-e-Taiba (Islam) 11. ISIS-K (Islam) 12. Jaish-e-Mohammed (Islam) 13. Boko Haram (Islam) 14. Palestinian Islamic Jihad (Islam) 15. Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (Islam) 16. Islamic State Sahel Province (Islam) 17. Turkistan Islamic Party (Islam) 18. Allied Democratic Forces / IS-Central Africa Province (Islam) 19. Abu Sayyaf Group (Islam) 20. Jemaah Islamiyah-linked militant networks (Islam) YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember that time when Hillary Clinton introduced her friend George Soros and his interest to get involved in US elections? The Internet sure doesn't. Why? Because it has been wiped from existence for the most part. Turns out I found a copy of the file I had archived years ago. Be a real shame if people save and shared this widely.

Dealing with customer service 101: And I have the credentials as an executive manager... Always when speaking to a rep of a company (get their name) (their ID) if they have one. Ask them while you are on the phone (email me this confirmation we spoke and the remedy you offered. Log the time and date the alleged conversation took place. Me: I get your call, my company is not honoring some alleged verbal discussion. Me: " What is the name of the representative? You: I don't know. Me: What day and time did you call? You: I don't know. Now, techically all customer service reps are supposed to log ALL calls into the system. Many do not. Now, if you have a reps name, time and date, and the alleged remedy, and then they say they have no idea. You get a supervisor on the phone and you tell them, " This is the person I spoke to, this is the time and date I spoke to them, this is the remedy they offered. You now have the company on what is called a (verbal aggrement) which most states acknowledge. Once an employee of a corporation tells they are going to do a certain thing, they BIND that corporation to that thing by law, its called APPARENT AUTHORITY. i.e. an order is placed with your company (vendor) you ship something, the second that item passes through corporate doors and is signed for, the corporation legally owes for that item. In many cases they can return it, providing it is still in its original form. I was a director of credit and collections for some very huge corporations. I am also a mediator 45 years. Over the past few days I have heard a number of very sober, well-reasoned commentators on the political right talking about the midterms and related polling. They uniformly speak about the House already being a lost cause for the GOP, and they focus on whether the GOP can hold the Senate. Things do not need to be this way. Trump won in 2024 by large margins. The only reason that cannot be repeated this fall is if YOU—the average Trump voter—decides to let it happen. I know, I know, I know. Trump has not made all of your hopes and dreams come true in two years’ time. You think he has done nothing, even though he has had profound victory after profound victory in areas like immigration and downsizing the federal government. You have your pet issue that has not been satisfied to the extent you demand, so you want to “Stay home and send them a message.” Yes the GOP sucks. It’s a heinous mess of self-interest and failed status quo maintenance. But the only thing worse is the Democrat Party. We are running against LITERAL COMMUNISTS who want to abolish the Senate, pack the Supreme Court, add two new deep blue states, open the borders to unlimited immigration and succumb to creeping Sharia and jihad in order to literally destroy the nation. (Plus, they will spend the next two years impeaching Trump and everyone in his orbit, fully defeating what you voted for in 2024.) So you have two choices. It’s a binary choice, there is no third option: 1. Vote for doing everything we can to pursue MAGA even if that’s not perfect. 2. Stay home and become ruled by literal Communists who want you dead. Choose. We can still win this fall, we just need the will to do it.

Beware of the Democratic Socialist dressed up as the People's champion. Regardless of the branding, the historical record of Marxism is as frightening as the theory is stale: promise a utopia and deliver a dictatorship. When Democratic Socialists talk about remaking the state, they're walking the same path every Marxist government has taken. In the 20th century about 25 countries adopted Marxism. None established a classless society. None created equality. None achieved harmony. Instead, they built dictatorships short on civil liberties and long on secret police and "reeducation" camps. Only 5 of those countries still claim the communist banner: China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam. None of them have reached the classless society described in the Communist Manifesto. Instead, they have remained at the dictatorship stage, which is great for their elites, not so much for the people. With the exception of North Korea, the five survivors also abandoned the 'command economy' and adopted large parts of capitalism. Take China. Hurun - China’s counterpart to Forbes for rich lists - counts about 1,100 Chinese billionaires compared to about 1,000 in the US. You don’t get a classless society by minting 1,100 billionaires while per capita GDP in poor provinces such as Gansu is about $7,800 a year. The short version: No country that tried communism made it past the dictatorship part and none reached the classless utopia with “free stuff” stage they promise. The five that remain have made their elites rich while keeping freedom off the table. Same promise, same road: Mamdani, Marx, Piker, and Lenin.

REPARATIONS? LET’S TALK ABOUT IT. That meme isn’t Al Sharpton’s exact quote, but what he has actually said about reparations is that America needs to acknowledge “Yes, we owe,” and then determine how that debt should be addressed. Okay. Then who exactly is “we” and who exactly owes whom? Slavery was horrific. Nearly four million people were enslaved in this country by 1860, but there is another number that matters in this conversation: the 1860 slave schedules recorded approximately 394,000 named slaveholders, about 1.45% of the free population. Now, that number doesn’t include their spouses and children who lived in slaveholding households, so the fairer comparison is families, and nationally about 8% of American families owned at least one enslaved person. In the South it was obviously much higher. That means the overwhelming majority of American families nationally still did not own slaves. There were also Americans fighting slavery long before the Civil War. Vermont prohibited adult slavery in its 1777 constitution, Pennsylvania began gradual abolition in 1780 and Massachusetts effectively ended slavery in 1783. Then came the Civil War. The North initially fought to preserve the Union, but the Emancipation Proclamation changed the character of that war. From that point forward, as the National Archives puts it, the war for the Union had become a war for freedom. About 360,000 Union soldiers died as a direct result of the Civil War, while almost 200,000 Black soldiers and sailors fought for the Union and freedom themselves. The Union won and the 13th Amendment abolished slavery. (National Archives) And since we’re discussing history, let’s discuss all of it. Free Black Americans also owned slaves. Carter G. Woodson’s research into the 1830 Census identified 3,776 free Black slaveholders who owned 12,907 enslaved people. Many owned relatives they were trying to protect or free, while others participated in slavery for economic reasons. Those numbers were tiny compared with white slave ownership, but they are still part of the historical record. (Encyclopedia Virginia) Now explain how that debt gets assigned 161 years later. My mother came to America from Cuba in 1961 with nothing but the clothes and shoes she was wearing. That was it. There wasn’t a government program waiting to build a life for her. She worked, sacrificed and built one herself. She didn’t own slaves, her parents didn’t own American slaves and neither did her grandparents, so what exactly did she suddenly owe when she became an American? And my family is hardly an exception. Think about how many Americans descend from people who came here after 1865, not to mention the millions who have immigrated here in modern times. Italians, Poles, Cubans, Vietnamese, Indians, Nigerians and people from practically every country on Earth. Then add the descendants of abolitionists, Union soldiers and Americans whose families never owned another human being. Do they all inherit the bill simply because they’re Americans now? And if ancestry determines who owes, then ancestry also has to determine who receives. How many generations back? What percentage of ancestry qualifies? What happens when someone has ancestors on both sides of that history? So when you tell me “we owe,” I want to know who we are. Who pays? Who receives it? How much? What is the cutoff? And why should someone inherit a financial obligation for something neither they nor their ancestors participated in? Slavery is part of American history and always will be. So are the abolitionists who fought it, the Black Americans who fought for their own freedom, the Union soldiers who died in the war that ultimately destroyed it, the 13th Amendment that abolished it and the generations of Americans who kept fighting afterward for equal rights. You want to talk about reparations? Fine. Then answer the questions.
Al Sharpton believes the world owes black people REPARATIONS, and has a moral obligation to pay up. Thoughts?

For thirty years before he ran for office, Donald Trump quietly paid mortgages, flew sick children across the country, and wrote checks to strangers who needed help. You will not find those stories on the evening news. So here they are. Start with what people who knew him before politics say. He has never had a drink. He has never smoked. He has never used drugs. He built his business on long hours, and the people who worked for him will tell you he outworked all of them. Nobody called him a bigot until the day he announced for president. That timing tells you something about the accusation. Now to the record. In 1986, a Georgia widow named Annabell Hill was about to lose the family farm at a foreclosure auction. Trump saw her story on the news, picked up the phone, called the auction, and stopped the sale. Then he sent her the money to keep the farm. In 1988, an Orthodox Jewish family in Los Angeles had a three-year-old son named Andrew Ten who needed treatment in New York. The boy could not survive without a full life-support setup, and no airline would carry it. His father asked Trump for help. Trump put the family on his own jet and got them there. In 1991, two hundred Marines came home from Desert Storm to Camp Lejeune and found out the military had no aircraft to fly them the rest of the way to Florida. Trump's airline, the Trump Shuttle, made two runs between North Carolina and Miami and got every one of them back to their families. In 1995, a passing driver in New Jersey pulled over to help change a flat on Trump's limo. Trump asked what he could do in return. The man only wanted flowers sent to his wife. A few weeks later, the story goes, the flowers came with a note saying the couple's mortgage had been paid off. People have been repeating that one for three decades. In 1996, Trump sued the town of Palm Beach, Florida. The town had been leaning on his Mar-a-Lago club for one reason. He let in Jewish members and Black members, and the older clubs did not. Abraham Foxman, who ran the Anti-Defamation League at the time, said Trump shined a light on the ugly side of Palm Beach that the glitter usually hid. Foxman also said other clubs started admitting Jews and Blacks after Trump forced the issue. In 2000, Trump was watching Maury Povich and saw a little girl named Megan who lived with brittle bone disease. He said her attitude got to him. He called the show and sent her family a large check. In 2008, Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew were murdered in Chicago. Trump moved Hudson and her family into his Chicago hotel at no charge and had his security team watch over them while they grieved. In 2013, a Buffalo bus driver named Darnell Barton saw a woman standing at the edge of a bridge. He stopped the bus, walked over, put an arm around her, and talked her back to safety. Trump read about it and mailed Barton a check, because he thought a man like that deserved a reward. In 2014, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi spent seven months in a Mexican prison after he took a wrong turn at the border with legally owned guns in his truck. President Obama never placed the call to Mexico that the sergeant's family begged for. Trump sent Tahmooressi a check for $25,000 to help him rebuild his life once he got home. In 2016, Melissa Young stood at a Trump rally in Wisconsin and cried while she thanked him. She had competed as Miss Wisconsin USA in 2005, then got sick with an illness that has no cure. During her worst stretch, a handwritten note arrived from Trump calling her the bravest woman he knew. She said the doors Trump opened for her ended up giving her Mexican-American son a full ride to college. That same year, Lynne Patton, a Black executive at the Trump Organization, put out a video answering the people calling her boss a racist. She admitted she had fought addiction for years. She said the Trump family never pushed her out. They stood by her the whole way. Also in 2016, a young Illinois volunteer named Shane Bouvet told reporters that Trump had stepped in to cover his father's cancer treatment. His father, Donald Bouvet, beat the cancer. Trump has stayed in touch with the family ever since. And there is a story that has floated around New York business circles for years. A Black business owner could not get a loan anywhere in the city. Someone told him to go see Trump. Trump lent him the money and told him to pay it back when he could. The man came back later with a check and said the business was doing well. Trump tore the check up. Read that list again and notice who is on it. A farm widow. A Jewish family. Marines. A bus driver. A jailed serviceman. A sick beauty queen and her Mexican-American son. A grieving Black singer. A struggling Black executive. When Trump saw someone in trouble, he helped, and he did not check their race or their religion first. Nearly forty years ago, Oprah asked him on air if he would ever run for president. He told her he would not rule it out if things in this country ever got bad enough. He looked at America in 2015 and decided that day had come. The man who spent decades helping people one at a time decided to help the whole country. Ask yourself when you last heard of Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama doing any of this with their own money. Then ask yourself why the media, Hollywood, and the progressive left have spent ten years trying to destroy a man with this record. He loves this country. The record shows it

I BET YOU DIDN'Y KNOW ABOUT THIS: AFTER FLIGHT 77 HIT THE PENTAGON ON 9/11, THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED. A daycare facility inside the Pentagon had many children, including infants who were in heavy cribs. The daycare supervisor, looking at all the children they needed to evacuate, was in a panic over what they could do. There were many children, mostly toddlers, as well as the infants who would need to be taken out with the cribs. There was no time to try to bundle them into carriers and strollers. Just then a young Marine came running into the center and asked what they needed. After hearing what the center director was trying to do, he ran back out into the hallway and disappeared. The director thought, "Well, here we are, on our own." About 2 minutes later, that Marine returned with 40 other Marines in tow. Each of them grabbed a crib with a child, and the rest started gathering up toddlers. The director and her staff then helped them take all the children out of the center and down toward the park near the Potomac . Once they got about 3/4 of a mile outside the building, the Marines stopped in the park, and then did a fabulous thing - they formed a circle with the cribs, which were quite sturdy and heavy, like the covered wagons in the Old West. Inside this circle of cribs, they put the toddlers, to keep them from wandering off. Outside this circle were the 40 Marines, forming a perimeter around the children and waiting for instructions. There they remained until the parents could be notified and come get their children. The chaplain then said, "I don't think any of us saw nor heard of this on any of the news stories of the day. It was an incredible story of our men there.” There wasn't a dry eye in the room. The thought of those Marines and what they did and how fast they reacted; could we expect any less from them? It was one of the most touching stories from the Pentagon. It's the military, not the politicians that ensures our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It's the military who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag. If you care to offer the smallest token of recognition and appreciation for the military, please pass this on and pray for our men and women, who have served and are currently serving our country, and honor the memory of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice! God Bless The USA! Never forget!!!

Addressing a conspiracy theory: I'm tired of, "The Jews were behind 9-11." The FBI investigation found that Al Qaeda was behind the airline hijackings of the planes that crashed into WTC 1, WTC 2, Pentagon, and that PA field. My trust in FBI is limited, but the overwhelming evidence is public. Osama bin Laden announced that he was behind that attack. The names of the hijackers are all known, and they are Arab names. We know where the money for the attacks came from and who moved the money – all Arab. If you look at that and conclude “The Jews” then you might want to think again. Often this is paired with “there were no planes” or with “A controlled demolition brought those buildings down”. My discussions on those two theories are linked in the comments. The five main points cited by those who blame the Jews are: “But what about the Dancing Israelis?” “4,000 Jews were warned and stayed home” “A Mossad spy ring was tracking the hijackers” “Larry Silverstein and his ‘pull it’ order” “Jews in government engineered the attacks to produce wars Israel wanted” I’ll address those five points in the comments also. For my main post, I’ll close with the words of Osama bin Laden, who would have been deeply offended at giving credit for his work to people he hated: aljazeera.com/news/2004/11/1… 1 Nov 2004 Praise be to Allah who created the creation for his worship and commanded them to be just and permitted the wronged one to retaliate against the oppressor in kind. To proceed: Peace be upon he who follows the guidance: People of America this talk of mine is for you and concerns the ideal way to prevent another Manhattan, and deals with the war and its causes and results. Before I begin, I say to you that security is an indispensable pillar of human life and that free men do not forfeit their security, contrary to Bush’s claim that we hate freedom. If so, then let him explain to us why we don’t strike for example – Sweden? And we know that freedom-haters don’t possess defiant spirits like those of the 19 – may Allah have mercy on them. No, we fight because we are free men who don’t sleep under oppression. We want to restore freedom to our nation, just as you lay waste to our nation. So shall we lay waste to yours. No one except a dumb thief plays with the security of others and then makes himself believe he will be secure. Whereas thinking people, when disaster strikes, make it their priority to look for its causes, in order to prevent it happening again. But I am amazed at you. Even though we are in the fourth year after the events of September 11th, Bush is still engaged in distortion, deception and hiding from you the real causes. And thus, the reasons are still there for a repeat of what occurred. So I shall talk to you about the story behind those events and shall tell you truthfully about the moments in which the decision was taken, for you to consider. I say to you, Allah knows that it had never occurred to us to strike the towers. But after it became unbearable and we witnessed the oppression and tyranny of the American/Israeli coalition against our people in Palestine and Lebanon, it came to my mind. The events that affected my soul in a direct way started in 1982 when America permitted the Israelis to invade Lebanon and the American Sixth Fleet helped them in that. This bombardment began and many were killed and injured and others were terrorised and displaced. I couldn’t forget those moving scenes, blood and severed limbs, women and children sprawled everywhere. Houses destroyed along with their occupants and high rises demolished over their residents, rockets raining down on our home without mercy. The situation was like a crocodile meeting a helpless child, powerless except for his screams. Does the crocodile understand a conversation that doesn’t include a weapon? And the whole world saw and heard but it didn’t respond. In those difficult moments many hard-to-describe ideas bubbled in my soul, but in the end they produced an intense feeling of rejection of tyranny, and gave birth to a strong resolve to punish the oppressors. And as I looked at those demolished towers in Lebanon, it entered my mind that we should punish the oppressor in kind and that we should destroy towers in America in order that they taste some of what we tasted and so that they be deterred from killing our women and children. And that day, it was confirmed to me that oppression and the intentional killing of innocent women and children is a deliberate American policy. Destruction is freedom and democracy, while resistance is terrorism and intolerance. This means the oppressing and embargoing to death of millions as Bush Sr did in Iraq in the greatest mass slaughter of children mankind has ever known, and it means the throwing of millions of pounds of bombs and explosives at millions of children – also in Iraq – as Bush Jr did, in order to remove an old agent and replace him with a new puppet to assist in the pilfering of Iraq’s oil and other outrages. So with these images and their like as their background, the events of September 11th came as a reply to those great wrongs, should a man be blamed for defending his sanctuary? Is defending oneself and punishing the aggressor in kind, objectionable terrorism? If it is such, then it is unavoidable for us. This is the message which I sought to communicate to you in word and deed, repeatedly, for years before September 11th.

X keeps saying the big fight is bots. Fake accounts. Spam farms. Automation gaming the place. Fair goal on paper. Nobody wants a site full of junk. Problem is, bots don’t act like sci-fi robots. They act like people. They follow. They unfollow. They reply fast. They quote. They post in bursts. Same moves you make when you’re awake and fired up. So the platform builds wider and wider nets. Rate limits. Follow brakes. Reply taxes. Spam scores. Shadow filters you never see. Anything that looks “automated” gets dinged, and “automated” starts looking a lot like “active human.” That’s how you get normal accounts stuck behind follow gates. Threads that go nowhere. Reach that dies for no clear reason. Folks who aren’t selling anything, aren’t farming, just talking, treated like a risk. A few bots make the mess. The “fix” lands on almost everybody. And every time the bots adapt, the net gets wider again. This is not the cure. It has become the disease. You don’t clean up a town by locking down the whole street because a couple pickpockets learned to walk like locals.

In case you haven't been paying attention for the last 10 years, the left claims Trump never went down to the towers after 9/11. EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Every year it's refuted and proven to be a lie. Every year we see the proof, both visually and in testimony, that he was indeed down there. Their hope is to alter his place in the historical timeline with noise. A hundred years from now historians will say it was debated whether he really went there. That's the intent of putting lots of noise into the news stream. Just ignore the bots claiming this. Ignore them every year.

Mamdani’s decision to pass the pen used to sign a 9/11 commemorative Executive Order to Ramzi Kassem, his Chief Legal Counsel caused quite an uproar for good reason. “This is not a battle of good versus evil,” Ramzi Kassem wrote in an op-ed that appeared on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟭. "The perpetrators were probably not driven to their actions by some intrinsic evil or inherent hatred of the good United States. These acts of violence were 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 in the sense that they wantonly and indiscriminately targeted innocent civilians. The 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆'𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀." Translation: Freedom asked for it. Let's get to know Ramzi Kassem: 🔹 He's a Syrian national who grew up in Lebanon, Iraq, etc, 🔹 He is a noted terrorist lawyer whose Gitmo inmate clients included Ahmed al-Darbi, an Al Qaeda terrorist and the brother-in-law of one of the hijackers who flew a plane into the Pentagon, and who was himself a key figure in the bombing of an oil tanker, 🔹 He boasted of having “held the record for the 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 in the Guantánamo setting," 🔹He was named by the Biden administration as a Senior Policy Advisor for 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at the White House Domestic Policy Council, 🔹 While at Columbia University, he co-founded Turath, an association of Muslim students, and then Qanun at Columbia Law. A fellow student described these hateful groups as having brought “under the guidance of Mr. Kassem… speakers to this campus that support violence against American and Israeli civilians… defended the genocidal program of Hamas," 🔹 His college obsession with Jews extended even to condemning Columbia’s dining hall for serving “Israeli Wrap” sandwiches and demanding that the name be changed to the “more inclusive” Middle-Eastern Wrap, 🔹 He was named a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellow, a project of a foundation by Soros’ brother, notorious for its cultivation of political extremists hostile to America and its values, 🔹 He worked with the Center for Constitutional Rights, a former Communist organization. 🔹 He's been dating presumptive radical antisemite DSA perpetual Ph.D student congresswoman and Zohran Mamdani-backed socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier since 2023, well before she thought of running for office. She has political moves like Kamala Harris, eh? This is who Mamdani put in power over NYC. source: cityandstateny.com/personali…
