When the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, it was a great city of much wealth and commerce, like San Francisco or NYC. It was a place where casual, meaningless sex, homosexuality and perverted sexuality was the norm. Suddenly, quite unexpectedly, a fireball came down from heaven and wiped it out entirely. That’s why the name “Sodom” has become synonymous with sexual perversion. The Bible teaches God did it as an example to future generations of the judgment that is coming on the Earth. 2 Peter 2:6: “And if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example of what is coming for the ungodly.” Interestingly, Sodom was corrupted in similar manner as the angels that fell and copulated with the daughters of Man, bearing the Nephilim. (Jude 1:6), adding to the significance of its destruction. Jude 1:7: “Just as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”🔥 But the love of God is so great! So, when the news came to Abraham that Sodom was to be wiped out, the messengers also brought good news. By a miracle, a son would be born of his wife Sarah. She was 90, she was barren, post-menopause but God would do a miracle. And that miracle child, Isaac, would fulfill God’s promise (I will multiply your seed like the stars of the sky, and like the dust of the Earth) and ensure the house of Abraham to be a blessing to all the world. Therefore, just as God in his wrath will execute a final judgment by fire 🔥 on the earth, so too, God in his great Love has provided redemption. And that redemption came through the family of Abraham, a King, in whom all the families of the Earth are blessed. (Gen. 12:3). For as Isaiah the prophet said it best, Is. 9:6: “Unto us. A child is born; unto us son is given. And the government shall be upon his shoulders.” He was the child of an even greater miracle born of a Jewish virgin. All glory belongs to the King of Israel, and a blessing has come unto all peoples who stand together with Him. For there is redemption in no other name but His: Yeshua (Jesus), Melekh Yisrael, King of Israel. Shalom.

This Shabbat synagogues around the world are reading, preaching and meditating upon the word in the Torah concerning Abraham. It's a parsha or portion called "Lech Lecha," when God tells Abraham get yourself up to a land I will show you. The Jewish people returned to the Jewish homeland to reestablish the State of Israel in our time because that land belongs to the Jewish nation, which began there since 4000 years ago on the day that God called Abraham to Canaan, and spoke to him at a place called Elon Moreh: Gen. 12:7 : "Then Adonai appeared to Abram, and said, “I will give this land to your seed." It's plain and simple and true. Yet, throughout Jewish history right up to today, many have tried to claim the land for themselves - Pagans, Muslims, and Christians too. But God gave it to the Jews, who are the physical seed of Abraham. There was never a "Palestinian" people, that was a fiction created by those who wish to destroy and conquer the West, which is represented in the Mideast only by the Jewish State. Some people are so stricken with Jewish Derangement Syndrome, usually because they have major personal failures in life and need someone to blame it on, so they will believe anything that accuses the Jews. But for all who have common sense or even a shred of intelligence, I will state the obvious: Jesus is Jewish. And if you also are into the Bible, then you know: He is the Lion of Judah. King of Israel. He has waited nearly 2000 years now, so the word could spread to the whole world before He will return in Glory to Jerusalem. A Jewish Jerusalem. To a people that point to Him and say, "Baruch haba b'shem Adonai" (Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord). Just like many things in our time, "Jesus" has been reimagined in countless ways. A man running for Senator in Texas says, "God is non-binary." That's how weird it's getting. Let me say this: Any Jesus who is not connected to the nation of Israel, who has no plan to restore and to redeem the Jewish people and Jewish nation in the end days, that is not the Jesus of the Bible. I’m not the final judge, God is. But anyone with common sense knows this truth to be self-evident: Zionism is a work of God's own hand, the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, and it is paving the way for the Messiah to take the throne of David in Jerusalem. It's good to be in alignment with what God is doing. Not good to be found standing against it. Shabbat Shalom.

With the 2026 midterm elections taking place in America, much is at stake for the whole world, so that we are engaged in a great struggle. Pundits prattle on like talking heads but the struggle at its root is not really ideological. It is spiritual. On the Left, Islam and Communism the two major ideological threats to America, they have in common they are both false religions in nature. On the Right fringe, Woke Reich, an heretical fake “America-first” anti-Israel “Christianity” that sympathizes with the Iranian regime, demeans President Trump and exalts the likes of Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens, etc. These are false religious movements seeking to destroy America. In such a time, as Eph. 6:11 says, we must: “Put on the full armor of God, so that you are able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” What does this even mean to put on the “armor of God?” As often as the case, scripture defines scripture. The prophet Isaiah put it like this: “Look to the rock from which you were hewn, to the quarry from which you were dug.” Is. 51:1. It is a word to get back to the roots of who we are and what made us great as a nation to begin with. Isaiah continues: “Look to Abraham, your father, and to Sarah, who bore you.” Is. 52:2. Abraham is known for many things but number one he is known as a man of faith. The word of God is telling us return to our roots and He will bless us with prosperity and peace. The roots that made us a great nation is faith in God. Not just faith in general. Not faith in ourselves. And not faith in just any god. Not the god of communism or Islam or the Woke Reich that are stirring up confusion and sowing seeds of division. There’s only one kind of faith that is going to save America. We’re talking about faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel. He is the pioneer of America. Shalom.
