Yesterday was my last day with Wizards of the Coast.
It’s been a wild five years, and I’m mostly grateful for the excellent people I’ve met in my time distributing shiny cardboard. Hopefully I can still provide you all value as a generic Twitter commentator and hot-take-haver
It's the last day for submissions of @PAXAus panels! Which also means it's the one day of the year that my brain goes fully insane with pitches that nobody should allow me to do (please allow me to do them)
had an absolutely HUGE weekend casting the Riftbound RQ in Sydney, and I think it’s safe to say I’ve come away with a deep appreciation for Vex, Apathetic.
I also had SUCH a wonderful time interviewing the competitors and team! Absolutely a highlight of the broadcast for me, and a good opportunity to show my strengths (though even I couldn’t have predicted Prismat’s 20 push-ups on-camera)
A big thank you to the team, to everyone who said hi, to all the judges and staff, and to my pals for feeding me Red Bulls.
But a special thank you goes to @Pastrytime, @TronGumby and @Astrokerrie, whose advice, encouragement and support were instrumental in keeping me going.
