"12 Angry Men" Although, not enough car chases and explosions and special effects, it was and is a great film. Maybe not strictly allowable, 'In the Heat of the Night' was great.
Wetherspoons It's Wetherspoon as in Marks and Spencer and Tesco. No 'S'.
Travellers Not all travellers are unwelcome. Whilst my experience has mostly been negative - thieving, shoplifting, threats of violence, as a caring society we should accept some of this to help them.
When you say "partially refloated" is this the bottom half?
I thought we still had to socially distance. The picture of people round a table are NOT doing this.
clock forward I did what I normally do. I set the alarm for 1am, get up and put the clocks forward an hour then lie awake worrying that I have missed one.
"Prophet Muhammad" This is another example of why religion must not be taught in schools. Teaching children mythology, superstition, is always likely to create adults who do not have a grasp of what is real or not.

Is it a Tory ship trying to do a U-turn?
"William Shatner" I hope I haven't got this wrong- wasn't he a heavy drinker and a womaniser and has lived to be 90? Makes you think.
"William Shatner" Happy Birthday to the singer William Shatner. Also involved in movies I believe.
anti lockdown protest My mate Wayne who knows a lot of people, says the crowd is mostly made up of NHS and care workers along with scientists. Or was it the opposite, can't remember now.
"Jeremy Clarkson" Unfortunately he is rehearsing for the next James Bond film where he has to swim down 75 metres to save his buddy Piers Morgan.
Similarities with Jeremy Clarkson. Big, bold, outspoken, but inwardly fragile. Both lost good, well paid jobs - Top Gear not as good without Jeremy, Good Morning better without Pierced Organ.
It all depends on the context. If you are asking how tall he might be, how athletic he maybe, how dark or light he maybe then they are reasonable conversations. We only have one side's view.
#NHSStrike I think, over the decades, there is little difference between Conservative and Labour borrowing. If this is a good time to borrow them let's borrow some more to reward key workers. Some people will have worked out the cost compared with Test and Trace + HS2.
#PrimeMinisterImranKhan It is disappointing that so many people hold Imran Khan in high esteem. He said 'those who do not follow the Islamic faith weaken the power of Allah for everybody else'. He is also unwilling to criticise China for their treatment of the Uighurs.
"The 1%" How many billions have we borrowed so far. How many billions are we spending on Test and Trace, HS2 and Brexit? I feel sure this is a naive question, but at such low interest rates could we borrow more to reward key workers?
#PMQs Keir Starmer has tried asking questions about different subjects and they do not get answered. It seems to me he now concentrates on one subject and I see Boris getting increasingly agitated. I prefer one subject - it gives the PM ample chance to answer or not.
#givewhitemenachance Steve in Cambridge, England Many interracial relationships are frowned upon by family, friends etc. We don't often see couples black and Chinese; Indian and black. Cultural differences are more of a problem than race. Segregation is nearly always bad.
Vinegar I love vinegar and also salt so generally have them without the chips.
