My best friend was recently fully vaccinated caught covid. Her Dr prescribed IVM, z-pak, steroids, and a few other things at the 1st sign of worsening symptoms. Within 24 hrs she completely turned around.

Steroids make you feel better and can be very helpful but weaken immunity, should only be given once someone requires oxygen. IVM is for parasites, Z-pak is for bacteria, likely neither will work on a virus. I’d say it was the vaccine and steroids that likely sped up recovery.
