Thank you to #ReturnToForever drummer @drumking19 #LennyWhite for the added push during cardio this morning. I forgot how GREAT this, his first solo album (Astral Pirates), was. 🙏🏻🥁🚀💯
Adding some narration to #TheSmashingMachine, with the man himself, director Benny Safdie. Does it look like we’re having fun yet?
Saying “happy new year“ here on X isn’t generic, right? I sure hope not… Either way, here’s to a great 2026 for you, me, and everybody else.

See THE SMASHING MACHINE with surprise guests & a special introduction from writer/director Benny Safdie in select LA theaters TONIGHT. Now playing everywhere 🏆
🙏
Also gotta mention that @StephenQuadros is all over this episode. TJ officially announces his upcoming SRN radio show & he hangs out on the phone for like an hour. Such a great time. Quadros seems like such a nice guy. It was really cool to hear him & Breen go back and forth.
🤔❤️
@StephenQuadros

Michael, have a GREAT time in London!
So my wife and I are going to London on Monday.It will be a two week vacation for me from our beloved radio program.
I have lived in the United States since 1972. I’m so looking forward to going back to my birth place & reconnect with my past. I will miss you.
