Always great to hear from customers at the keynote - good work from @successfactors to make this happen. Have customers talk with customers, both the good and the bad because it’s never perfect and we all know that, be real #successconnect

Talent Intelligence Hub looks great, have the feeling that data quality and depth is going to be critical, and challenging for some companies #successconnect

My latest video: "Manage Mass Changes". This is the oldest tool for updating Employee Central data and still has some solid use cases. youtu.be/VhUfhfOOihY #SuccessFactors #EmployeeCentral

I've been spending more time on Mastodon the past few weeks. It's nice, refreshing, and different. I'm @SteveBogner@Universeodon.com over there.

Some good ones there!
Are you currently shopping for a #payroll pro in your life? The APA merchandise store now features t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and more. Take a look at the new items at: hubs.ly/Q01vCvfm0

I joined Mastodon a while ago and it's working out well. It's different, refreshing. And you can use DeBirdify to see which Twitter peeps are there, which has been very handy. debirdify.pruvisto.org
Interesting developments for US-specific independent contractor evaluation; have been caught up in this stuff since I started consulting 26 yrs ago; if I wanted to be an employee I'd be one! But I'm not. hrexecutive.com/dols-propose…
Yes, exactly! Relates 100% to #payroll - you don't get an A for trying to be accurate and on-time, you get the A for actually doing that, month after month after month
I’m seeing a growing number of students complain: “My grade doesn’t reflect the effort I put into the course.” Public service announcement: You don’t get an A for effort. You earn it for excellence. Success is measured by the level of mastery you show, not how hard you work.

This looks really interesting - I’m on the waitlist and look forward to more! post.news/?r=EEewQ

I keep seeing vendor-sponsored research saying payroll is becoming a more important strategic partner. Or more important to a company’s strategy. Why do they say this? 1/6

So payroll people – don’t get discouraged or feel less-than because payroll isn’t strategic. It is one of the most important things a company does to stay in business. You keep the lights on and that is a big deal. 5/6

By the way - I love payroll, I’ve been working with it well over 30 years. Echoing Chico, I’d say that ‘payroll been berry, berry good to me’ – but it’s still not strategic. 6/6
