A reminder that, while there is no federal statute that bans “attempted voter confusion,” the U.S. Department of Justice is nonetheless preemptively suing to prevent the certification of ballots — but only if SENATOR Dan Sullivan loses.
This may be a model for media organizations in the future, as newsrooms continue to shrink and resources continue to dwindle.

Oh, hey, the Better Nevada PAC is back running the ad that criticized @AaronDFordNV for missing work, with the paid actor who said he knew nothing about Ford’s record but voted for him in the primary anyway! That’s certainly a choice.

Election interference in Alaska. Yes, the Sullivan/Sullivan thing was likely a stunt (and not really an original one). But it met the rules and was litigated in court. DOJ suit should be barred for lack of standing.

The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (@snhba) is giving Gov. @JosephMLombardo the National Defender of Housing Award today, for his efforts to increase housing supply and make housing more attainable. This will surely not generate any controversy whatsoever.
With all due respect, it is a great thing that Nevada makes it easy to vote. We should all support the idea that it should be as easy as possible for every single eligible voter to cast a ballot, and Nevada has done that. Fortunately.
