Introducing Reality-Aware Rendering in @Simulon, a completely new way to create with the real world.
Place neural assets with your phone and act out the scene. When you stop recording, Simulon renders the take, reading everything in it (what you do, what you say and the place around you), and your assets respond to all of it.
The final is regenerated from your recording: a new performance of the scene, not a copy of the footage.

Ok, i'm watching this MacBook Pro OLED commercial, and I can guarantee you that not a single ZBrush artist (and i literally just finished a ZBrush freelance gig) is sculpting with their fingers reaching out on the screen - without a freaking stylus or Apple Pencil Pro. LOL - but I do want that OLED with nano texture. 😎

Question: how do I setup the wallpaper before the swipe up unlock so they the size of the opened wallpaper matches the closed screen? I just want to see the blue Sketchbot when closed, then opening reveals the full scene. #iPhoneDuo
After watching him pour sand into the Duo hinge, fold and hear the grit grinding (YEESH!) I then watched his fascinating video tour of Oppo's mobile phone factory.

3D sculpting with @nomadsculpt works great on the iPhone Duo. @stephomi
iOS 27.2 RC installed, Apple Pencil USB-C paired, @Procreate Pocket first test. It works great, though I’m definitely missing pressure sensitivity. Hopefully @apple will be able to enable this down the road. 🤞
My Best Buy only had 18 in stock for over 100 orders, so my pre-order was not gonna happen there. I then drove 30 minutes to The Grove. I was the last one to get a 512GB Night Sky for today. 🥹 Heading back home and will unbox after lunch!
Curious - has anyone who got their @BestBuy iPhone Duo order in with "Estimated pickup date: Friday, October 23" received any notification about when it will be ready? When does this notification typically get sent out? Day before, or morning of? I'm trying to remain optimistic that my order will be fulfilled tomorrow. Otherwise, my Apple Store order is still 12/8-15th. 😬
UPDATE: I just called Best Buy to inquire if I was able to switch colors on a pre-order, they said unfortunately not. The good news - I then asked if my order will be able to be picked up tomorrow. The rep checked my order number and said yes, but that I would have to wait for the eMail notification that it's ready for pick up.
When the Duo was first announced, I immediately wanted the darker version. 😎
Then something changed and I decided to pre-order the white variant. 🙃
Now, I'm back to wanting the dark one. 😭
I know it's going to be near impossible to swap on launch day. Provided @bestbuy comes through with pickup tomorrow, who's in a similar quandary looking for someone to do a swap with the 512GB model? I wonder if they even plan for this type of contingency for us last minute mind changers? 🤞
