Indiana SOS prediction: Lets look at the Indiana Secretary of State race between Max Engling and Beau Bayh. No matter what poll comes out showing Bayh ahead, it comes down to the physics of math. Democrats have to erase over 250,000 vote lead GOP has on the office last 2 races. The GOP would need a candidate so bad that voter turnout would collapse. This year has a new third party candidate Gregg Ballard running as the soft GOP moderate. Moderates know he cannot win. His supporters hate two things: Alpha conservatives and young people. They truly believe that if they take down Max Engling by stealing votes, that in 2030 a new 85 year old messiah SOS candidate will run invoking the good ol’ days of Reagan. Indiana Democrats know their party has been a disaster statewide and it’s turning communist. But their east coast money handlers picked Beau because he’s white, young and alpha sellable. The GOP rule the day in Indiana politics. Gen X conservatives know they need the future now which is why Max was selected. His downfall is a short time to campaign. Will there be a GOP collapse? No. Max wins by 8. He will lose some votes to Ballard and Bayh. Bayh and Ballard would need a gigantic urban vote turnout and the energy is just not there.

Julian Wachner was just indicted by a FEDERAL grand jury for sex crimes against children.
I have done extensive work on this case breaking the original story and detailing the outrage when Wachner got probation instead of prison on state charges.
Lawmakers and prosecutors from both sides of the aisle were furious.
I asked from the beginning why wasn't this a federal case? Wachner admitted to using a cryptocurrency company in California to purchase CSAM. The federal charges are described in the court documents as videos of children being raped by men. One is titled "toddler compilation."
I was given an answer of the record and won't share for now.
So the question now... why did the feds decide to go after him?
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s 287g partnership with ICE is starting off very well. Indiana Democrats will probably denounce these charges.
🚨My team and I, in partnership with Vigo County Prosecutor Terry Modesitt, have filed felony charges against Francisco Aguilar Romero, an individual who is allegedly an illegal alien, for unlawfully registering to vote, committing perjury, and casting ballots in multiple Indiana elections. The charges mark the first time Indiana has prosecuted an illegal alien for the crime of illegal voting.
According to the allegations in the charging papers that we filed, Romero was born in Mexico, is in the United States illegally, and holds DACA status. State records show he voted in the 2018 General Election, the 2019 Municipal Election, the 2020 General Election, the 2022 General Election, the 2023 Municipal Election, and the 2024 General Election—all in Vigo County. He allegedly first registered to vote in February 2018 and later updated or re-verified his registration in August 2023.
Two years ago, I started a process to verify the citizenship status of registered voters in Indiana and was successful in obtaining that data from the federal government. Now, we are acting on that information and it’s certainly not the end of our enforcement. This critically important prosecution is just another step in the work I’ve been doing ever since I was Secretary of State, when I led the effort that made Indiana the first state in the nation to enact a photo voter ID law.
A complaint, indictment, and information merely contain accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

She once wrote for an encyclopedia publication that explored “critical whiteness”. Good find by @stustustudio showing Northwestern University hosting her for some bizarre talk she gave this week.

Spartz Campaign Reports More Sign Theft, Trespassing, and Lawlessness

WESTFIELD, IN - The Spartz campaign is reporting another wave of stolen Victoria Spartz campaign signs and unauthorized placement of anti-Spartz and J.D. Ford campaign signs.
Large Spartz campaign signs have been stolen again. Hostile signs featuring the Congresswoman’s name crossed out, along with J.D. Ford campaign signs, have been placed in public rights-of-way and on private properties without owners’ permission. These incidents have been reported to law enforcement and local government officials.
“I’ve been through a lot of campaigns, but I’ve never seen supporters as obnoxious and disrespectful of the law as J.D. Ford’s. It’s no surprise, given Ford’s record of voting to defund the police and backing rioters who looted businesses in Indianapolis, which he just moved from to run for this office,” said Congresswoman Victoria Spartz. “Theft, criminal trespass, intimidation, and lawlessness have no place in our communities.”
