As an attorney, you should know a federal judge reviewed and approved the arrest warrants for all defendants.
If it ends up being the case that First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli falsely charged lawful residents of registering to vote when they did not actually do so, in this highly sensationalized and publicized lawsuit, he should not only lose his bar license, but he should be personally sued for defamation and criminally investigated for misusing his office and the power of the Department of Justice.
