Falcon Finance is a stablecoin protocol that combines stability with yield generation. It acts as a universal collateralization layer for DeFi, allowing users to earn sustainable returns while keeping exposure to their assets.
It merges centralized and decentralized finance into a CeDeFi platform for retail and institutional users.
Falcon Finance runs on a dual-token system:
• USDf: over collateralized stablecoin, minted by depositing BTC, ETH, SOL, or stablecoins.
• sUSDf: yield-bearing version of USDf, earned by staking.
sUSDf generates returns via market-neutral strategies like funding rate arbitrage and cross-exchange arbitrage.

How FHE + ZK Actually Work Together (My Understanding) - Here’s my breakdown.
The problem I see:
Current blockchains force a trade-off. If you want privacy, you sacrifice transparency. If you want transparency, you sacrifice privacy. Currently, you must choose one, which limits blockchain utility.
FHE - What it actually does:
FHE enables computations to be performed directly on encrypted data without ever decrypting it. Normally, you need to unlock data to process it.
With FHE, computation happens on the locked, encrypted data, producing an encrypted result without exposing any of the underlying information.
In essence, FHE allows computation on data while keeping it confidential throughout the entire process.
ZK - the missing piece:
Here’s the challenge: how can the network trust that the computation was done correctly? How do you prove you didn’t just return garbage results?
Zero-Knowledge (ZK) proofs solve this problem. They create a cryptographic proof demonstrating, “I performed operation X correctly on this encrypted input, resulting in this encrypted output.”
The network verifies the proof’s validity without learning anything about the actual data.
Where they connect (my take):
• FHE without ZK means computations are private but unverifiable by external parties.
• ZK without FHE proofs are verifiable but usually require exposing some data at some point or depend on trusted setups.
Combining FHE and ZK lets you keep your data encrypted at every step while the network can still verify correctness, ensuring compliance and integrity without revealing sensitive information.
What I think this enables:
• Private DeFi where your portfolio stays hidden but trades are verifiably valid
• Confidential smart contracts where business logic executes without exposing sensitive inputs
• Blockchain applications where privacy isn’t a feature you toggle - it’s just how the system works
In my opinion that’s what “privacy by default” actually means.
Why I think this is privacy by default:
Unlike systems like Monero, Zcash, or Tornado Cash where users must opt into privacy modes, FHE + ZK ensures everything is private automatically.
There is no plaintext state at any point; the blockchain cannot access your raw data due to cryptographic guarantees.
With FHE + ZK everything is private automatically. There’s no plaintext state. Ever. The blockchain literally cannot see your data because the math prevents it.
What’s more interesting is that this approach doesn’t sacrifice auditability. Regulators, auditors, or designated third parties can still verify encrypted computations through ZK proofs without seeing the underlying data.
This is what “privacy by default” truly means in a blockchain context.
