HEARTWARMING: #NFL legends Chad Johnson and Deion Sanders still line up against each other whenever they see each other. Two of the greatest of all-time. This is a really cool tradition. 🫡🫡🫡

How should this game go? Alabama beat down or LSU beat down or a close game?

He is new today… he is gorgeous but a little scared. There should be a special kind of hell for people abandoning this guys out here. Makes me so sad.

Someone asked me the secret to staying married for 26 years. I said, ‘We never go to bed angry.’ They said, ‘That's beautiful.’ I said, ‘Thank you. We've been awake since Tuesday.’

Myth: You need 20% down to buy a house. Reality in 2026: • Conventional → 3% possible • FHA → 3.5% • VA/USDA → 0% for eligible buyers Credit, DTI, and closing costs usually matter more. Reply “CHECKLIST” for the free list of things that delay approval.
