🚨 ENTERPRISE GAVE AWAY HIS RESERVED RENTAL CAR, LEFT HIM STRANDED — AND THEN THE EMPLOYEES LAUGHED AT HIM
Imagine reserving a rental car two weeks in advance, showing up to pick it up, and being told your car is gone.
That's exactly what one furious Enterprise customer says happened to him.
And he caught the entire confrontation on camera.
The man says he had a confirmed reservation, paid for transportation to the rental location, and arrived before closing.
But Enterprise allegedly gave away his vehicle to someone else.
No rental car.
No replacement.
No ride home.
And then things got even worse.
As the customer demanded answers, he caught the employee laughing at his situation.
The branch manager explained that the company's reservation system doesn't always reflect actual vehicle availability.
But the customer wasn't having it.
He wanted to know how Enterprise could confirm his reservation, leave him stranded, and then refuse to help him get home.
Meanwhile, employees were preparing to close.
The customer had done everything right. He booked ahead, showed up on time, and still walked away without a car.
What's the point of making a reservation if Enterprise can give your car away, leave you stranded, and walk away without taking responsibility?

I will be speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his team this week to discuss Starshield, sanctions, and other matters pertaining to the defense of our strong ally, Ukraine.
