as a domme, i actually agree with this. i don't understand why some people get so defensive when this gets brought up. you can enjoy findom and still acknowledge that there are people taking advantage of others. consent and boundaries should always matter, and turning a blind eye when someone crosses that line doesn't help anyone.
The hilarious thing is, I actually have no problem with the idea of Findom when practiced safely and consensually. I take issue with manipulation of vulnerable and young people. Also the blind eye dommes turn to other dommes who are clearly malpractising
Dommes making up bullshit to make themselves look cool and powerful which means other dommes aim for the same shit and it makes everybody look stupid and lame
One thing I find really funny is when a sub sends a domme $$ for custom content, then something happens and the domme doesn’t deliver on their promise, and suddenly it’s “I don’t owe u anything” “this is Findom” “you were being annoying”
Why make the promise you can’t keep?
In hindsight I wish dommes were more honest. Just say you took on too many subs and you can’t keep up with it and you’re overwhelmed in trying to create a dynamic with all of them
If Findom is such a safe space then why do dommes prey and take advantage of new dommes for their money for advice?
If Findom was practiced safely there would be no issues. But it’s not, so here we are. So many newbie dommes running around practicing harmfully. I see the hate new dommes get from the older ones, but you all want to tell me there’s no issues? 😂
I’m not naive. OBVIOUSLY there will be times as a sub that you might relapse. It’s not your fault, you’re fighting addiction. Just take a breath and try again. I would say if you have a good relationship with a domme, maybe talk to her in a safe space about your relapse urges
