After every session, my players get an in-world newspaper. It's not a recap. It's a propaganda piece written from the perspective of NPCs who were actually there. Rumors. Editorials. Wanted posters. All generated from the session recording. I don't write a word of it. This is the part of DMing I never knew I needed.

My session prep doc has: • 5 prepared scenes • A cold open script • Contingencies for if they fight, flee, or negotiate • Music cues for every emotional beat • An NPC voice reference sheet My players' prep: "Wait, what level am I?"

Started recording my D&D sessions 3 months ago. Not for content. Not for clips. Because my players said something so perfect in session 4 that I wanted to remember it forever, and I couldn't. Now I have every moment. Searchable. Transcribed. With speaker labels. That's why I built StormScape.

"Wait, who's that guy again?" I have 47 NPCs in my Curse of Strahd campaign. My players confidently remember about 6 of them. So I built a tool that tracks every NPC interaction, relationship, and the exact moment they were introduced. Now when they ask, I just... know.

The emotional core of my next session is literally "humiliation as horror." I wrote a full music + lighting guide, NPC quick reference cards, and contingencies for 6 different player decisions. My players will experience maybe 40% of it. I regret nothing.

2 hours and 53 minutes of D&D. StormScape recorded it, transcribed it with speaker labels, and wrote a full session recap — tracking every NPC interaction, plot thread, and character moment. The DM wrote zero words.

We built StormScape because this was us every Tuesday night. Now the AI handles the first four. You just prep and sleep. What's your post-session workflow? Genuinely curious 👇

DMs: what if your campaign wiki populated itself? Every NPC, location, and faction — logged, linked, and searchable. AI-generated from your session recordings. No data entry. Play your session, the wiki builds itself.

Each entry gets: → AI-written description based on what actually happened → Relationship connections to other NPCs and factions → Session history (when they appeared, what they did) → GM-only notes vs player-visible lore All from one recording.

After every D&D session, StormScape's AI generates an in-world newspaper for your campaign. This is "The Barovian Gazette" — written entirely from session recordings. Zero manual work. Your players get a newspaper from their own adventure. Every session.

It pulls from the transcript, identifies key events, and writes articles in-character — complete with rumours, editorials, and ads from local NPCs. The DM writes zero words. The AI does the heavy lifting. Built by a DM who was tired of post-session admin.
