Today, I WILL QUIT GAMING.
Why?
I have learned a lot about myself over the last 14 years of playing competitive video games and I now realize it is time to level up in the real world to the final stage.
The tens of thousands of hours in games like VALORANT, League of Legends, Fortnite, PUBG, CS and Rocket League won't help me - it feels like there is nothing to learn and gain for me anymore. It does no longer feel satisfying to play games anymore knowing the opportunities you have in life.
Instead, I would like to not only use the time gained because of this decision but also the drive I have within me to reach the top of the real world:
Making more experiences and making more money.
Gaming just felt like an endless loop in the last weeks which kept me distracted.
ONLY UP FROM NOW ON. ALL GAMES UNINSTALLED.
Every 3-6 months, especially after coaching a quick GC mix, I get hit with the random urge to play some VALORANT ranked again.
This session lasts always for max 10 ranked games.
Not because I don't want to queue anymore. But because I can't.
Riot will take away my ability to queue a competitive game for three to seven days every single time without failure.
Not because I am a toxic piece of shit.
But because I am the best possible teammate you can get in ranked.
Let me tell you the story.
I queue up and get Fracture including a Brimstone and Fade with no comms.
Perfect start. The more idiots I can't hear who would object to my perfect IGLing the better.
We start Attack 0-6.
That doesn't bother me at all because I know what I am capable of.
But it bothers my Neon a lot.
"MAN FUCK THIS SHIT I ALWAYS GET THE IDIOTS ON MY TEAM"
He speaks as if he is me. Disgusting.
But he fails to understand the concept that the enemy team has the same exact idiots and that this is even winnable on 0-12.
I tell him:
"Don't worry brother. Let's focus on what we can do." and continue to lead my team with my superior IGLing to the greatest comeback of all times.
The round after he clutches a 1v3.
I hype him up and we start building a bond together that will lead us to victory - me the supreme leader and my 93 IQ capped Neon doing everything I tell him to do.
Round after round I move him like a pawn and motivate him so he continues to do the dirty work for me.
Now it is 10-11 on defense.
"I told you so. It is always winnable MY BROTHER! Now let's close this one out."
However, I fail to clutch up the round after and my Neon then does the unthinkable.
He does the only thing that with absolute certainty will lose this game.
He opens his microphone and says "FUCK YOU CHAMBER YOU ARE SO FUCKING BAD" to me.
Unbelievable. Weren't we just best friends on the frontline making the impossible happen together?
HE WAS ONLY HERE BECAUSE OF ME.
He has betrayed the King.
This cannot go unpunished.
Now we all know how this story ends.
Before the game ends I will be having a notification pop up in the chat that I am restricted from using voice chat.
But before I can consider that option my primal instincts have already kicked in. Like a hyena chasing his prey down in the wild.
So I respond of course and let him know that I will personally make sure to put a sawed off shotgun in his mouth and pull the trigger infront of his entire family making their screams form a symphony that I will be listening to for all eternity.
I never stop. I won't stop talking until he has muted himself just like Brimstone and Fade.
And I always win that battle.
Because that battle to show the Kings authority has become more important to me than the war.
This is not me complaining about the Neon or the system against saying what you want that Riot has implemented.
I love it. It is a reminder that the real world where you can be truly yourself is way more beautiful.
If free speech would still exist I would still be playing VALORANT every single day probably having missed out on EVERY opportunity that life gave me.
Thank you, @riotgames
I will see this Neon again in 6 months when I queue up again.
I am sure of it.
Until then, as always: Time to be a better man than I was yesterday.
4th Place PQ Split 2
Another one month grind in the GC space comes to an end
Took this rookie and underdog roster all the way from literal hell to professional competitors
Proud of my players @saikominds @voiceIss @ulyavl @tarshavalo @Makodayo_fps for showing true resolve and improvement as players and more importantly as humans. There is great things to come for all of you - thank you for the great time!
As I always say, it is never about the results but about the journey, experience and connection we build together and once again: It was a true success.
Back when I have 1M on my bank account
Coach the Stormey way
Shoutout to the goat @milavlr for subbing, supporting and learning with us together
How coaching an official feels like after all your timeouts get penalized and removed (I don't need them)
Our run ends just one map short of making the GC Contenders Playoffs—falling 1-2 to @TodobewEsport in a hard-fought final match.
As always though – the journey, the grind, and the memories we made are what truly matter.
Proud as hell of the last 10 days with my warriors - showing up EVERY SINGLE DAY, grinding for hours on end, and leveling up massively in such a short time.
BIG respect and thanks to @FpsChristina @milavlr @moopfr @angelwounnd @saikot1c – you earned it.
Qualified Contenders - 6-1 W/L - 4th Overall

I want to take my time and appreciate my players

Champions aren’t found on the podium, but in the mental lab — when no one is watching and no one else is willing to do the work.
I’ve only coached these players for 5 days, but the extra hours and hard work they put in made this result happen.
After day one, we reviewed our mistakes until 2 AM and came back with a glorious run on day 2.
Massive respect to all of my warriors — you earned this.
See you next week!

Life is great.
QUIT MY 9-5 OFFICE MANAGER JOB.
Today is easily one of the best days of my life.
For over a week now I have been on an absolute high thinking about signing the papers and today it finally happened.
At age 19 I started dual-studying for a big german company and then becoming an office manager after I was finished studying. I have always been working full time for this company and tomorrow would be my 8-year-anniversary.
Now, at 27 years of age, I finally have acquired enough stable income with my "side hustles" that I can quit that job and focus fully on grinding the things I truly like and travelling the world.
I think most young people know that in these jobs you are not really doing anything and get paid to be a slave while eventually being unable to leave the comfort zone it creates - MEANING YOU DON'T PROGRESS IN LIFE. So my biggest advice always has been: only do the absolute bare minimum if you work 9-5 and persue something greater for yourself that you truly like. Most of the time (not always!) the "hard work" you are being taught in these jobs is not real hard work. It is actually supporting you being more lazy once you get home. I have never in my life prioritized my office manager job. Not while being a student. Not while being a full time employee in charge of stuff. You should prioritize yourself and not the system.
Your time on this planet is a gift. You can ALWAYS get back money. You can never get back time.
Life continues to be amazing for me. Let's see what I can cook 2024 and 2025.
The last three months I have been coaching and building my own VCT GC Team as a personal project to see how far I can take it as a gaming coach/org owner and also to give five players the opportunity to have a great and professional experience on the highest level.
Over that timespan I have spent over 2000 EUR in player salaries + more expenses on things like designs/logo/other management.
Now before I continue I have to give credit where credit is due:
@lightette @yxjuliia @xjasm1 @chospoem @plzserra @roxsmesh
I thank all my above mentioned players for the amazing time on this project and I am proud of you all for how far you have come not only ingame but for expanding your horizon in general and taking a great challenge like this from me on with confidence. You all have taken a great step forward in terms of mentality, mindset and professionalism and I could not have had better people on this project. Believing in you all from day one was the right choice and I have no regrets.
Once again: THANK YOU!
As a coach and someone who has great understanding of life, mentality, mindset and professionalism you can give everyone the "map to success" but who is willing to put in the work that you need and TRULY wants to reach the top/improve themselves? It is not an easy road and all of my players have taken my guide, respected me and put in the work themselves to be able to make it work in all areas of teamplay, grind and LIFE.
Combine the above mentioned with FUN AND HUMOR and you have created something more than just a professional e-sports team: You create memories that are far bigger from results on paper and that is EXACTLY what we did. That is also why a lot of tears were shed today (not mine though, I am an ice cold killa!).
In the beginning I only believed - but now I have the experience: I know I am a great coach in all areas.
But is there a future in this grind/"business"? Perhaps, I will try to make something work because I really enjoyed it.
The GC scene is not a profitable scene especially for a coach with the time you need to put FOR STRIVING FOR GREATNESS so my advise would be: If you have great passion for this go for it for sure - competing and leading is always satisfying. If you want to make some money however you are better off either flipping burgers or putting in the same amount of work required into a real business.
I am thinking of making this a profitable thing for me for since I am very passionate about coaching and leading people.
I am open to coaching offers in all areas and am willing to prove how great I am in interviews/calls/tests but if there is no decent money involved you do not need to bother reaching out to me - life first, emotions don't matter to me.
I also do not intend to make a project like this again.
Thank you to all my players and the people behind the scenes who helped me out greatly with this project. I love each and every single one of you - I take great pride in this project that I have named: @ColorfulRad
Today, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions. This coaching shit really be intense and I love it.
We take a deserved and great victory and my girls can take even greater pride in todays performance. I am proud of you all!

We created something bigger than just a VCT GC Team in less than three months.
All players of mine can take great pride in the effort and improvement they have put in, not only ingame but in LIFE and that will be what sets us apart.
Everything we did was MORE than just gaming.
