I'm very curious about any studyies that have been conclusive regarding stress and MS, or other autoimmune conditions. Especially interested in easy to understand summaries that can be absorbed quickly. I'll look later but plan to meditate first, to reduce stress. 🤪
I don't want to quit Spotify, but it looks like my family and I will need to start finding other ways to play our music. I don't want them accidentally listening to that jr guy, I thank Neil Young and Joni Mitchell are doing the right thing and I think Spotify doesn't need my $$!
