AMLC records revealed that CALE88 logged a staggering ₱1.25 BILLION in transactions from 2022 to 2025. But here’s the twist: VP Sara’s husband, Mans Carpio, owned 47.5% of the company until 2024, only for his name to mysteriously disappear from the 2025 SEC records and get replaced by a corporate entity. Worse, prosecutors say there's no official tax record (eCAR) proving a valid transfer, yet VP Sara STILL listed CALE88 in her 2025 SALN! Nakaloka! ₱1.25 billion processed, no SEC financial filings for two years, and a paper trail that completely contradicts itself? Ano ’yan, magic trick? Make it make sense please! You can try to erase names from corporate documents, but you can’t erase cashflows.
