I wonder how all the Striders running in races and XC got on today? Updates to follow.
Good luck to all Striders running this w/end. We have Lee entering his first 1/2 at Tatton on Sunday. Plus XC at Beacon Park. #Warrington
@katy_aka_bob I need warmer pants! And to find my long sleeve tops amongst packed boxes. You did good. 6miles in not much more than 60mins.
@katy_aka_bob I can’t ever remember being as cold. I’ve got more layers on now than I ran in!
@katy_aka_bob Is tonight your first night? You’ll be fine. It’s very relaxed.
@katy_aka_bob Pull on your big brave girl pants, hat and gloves…oh and a smile. I’ll be in leggings, shorts, a few layers, hat & gloves!
